The only potential problem I see with it is the same as hydro-technology. Both like to explode in a much bigger way than traditional hydrocarbon fuels, get that under control I'm on board.
I tend to think that myself actually. I dunno, it just seems risky at this point in time but if it works I say go for it.I should imagine that they had thought of this.

I know right.I think pressure valves can alleviate that problem.
Make sure you have a reflective colored car though.
Man that 'stinks'!

BBC News - 'Poo-powered' car seen on the streets of Bristol
Quote(The BBC's John Maguire is given a tour of the methane-powered car by developer Mohammed Saddiq
A "poo-powered" VW Beetle has taken to the streets of Bristol in an attempt to encourage sustainable motoring.
The Bio-Bug runs on processed methane gas generated as part of the raw sewage treatment process.
Engineers from Wessex Water estimate the waste from 70 homes would generate enough gas to run the car for 10,000 miles (16,100km).)
Naturally an efficient distribution network would be required for refueling, the Gas could be dispensed at existing Gas stations.
As for the raw material, society at present spends vast sums of money to handle sewage, some of which can be sold as a commercial product, with Obama waffling on about 'Green Fuel" one might have thought this a good idea to be taken up en mass by the USA with minimum cost.
It utilizes a waste product as opposed to growing a food product and then turning that into a fuel.
betcha it runs like a piece of ****.
