Nonsense. I gave you both the Constitutional section which addresses impeachment and the legal definition of treason. Who knows where your disconnect on them stems from? Regardless, banning guns may be unconstitutional, but by the definition I posted, it is certainly not treason.

Nope, none of the AR-15 owners claimed an RPG or flamethrower were best weapons for home defense, they say the AR-15 is the best weapon for home defense, because of the many advantages all wrapped up in one gun, that I documented above.

The reasons the AR-15 is the gun of choice for home defense is the same reasons it is the gun of choice for crazies that wish to commit mass murder. You can pretend you don't understand why if you wish but I can assure you others have already figured that out.

polls are only accurate within the margin of error if those being polled are being honest I worked for the Roper Poll-look it up.
