Well, Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi is not, to my knowledge, professionally qualified to diagnose Donald Trump's degree of "sanity", but she may be merely parroting those multiple Mental Health Professionals who have banded together to give a collective assessment of what they feel is serious indications of serious mental problems with Donald Trump.

One of Donald’s favorite talking points lately is that children are undergoing sex change operations when they go to school. He repeats this, that they go to school a boy and come home a girl.
