'Prior to diagnosis' are the big words here. Presumably all three have been vaccinated multiple times. Simply being an older woman in politics attending an event or meeting, does not break CDC guidelines.

Between vaccines and therapeutics, unless they have severe ongoing illness and immune compromise....they should be ok.
