That is your opinion and not backed up by fact........The fact of the matter is that 90% of the priests molested little boys..........They were attracted to their equipment, not the equipment of little girls..........

What's my opinion? The fact that paedophilia is like its own sick sort of orientation that depends on age, not gender, or that priests have molested little girls? For the former, any sex therapist, or criminal psychologist will agree with me. As for the latter... do you have any sources regarding this 90 percent?

If they're merely attracted to male equipment, why can't paedophiles who molest boys get sexually aroused by adult men?

The American Psychological Association, National Association of Social
Workers, the American Academy of Child Psychiatrists and the Child Welfare
League of America all have policy statements that say there is no correlation
between homosexuality and child abuse.

When asked about this question, the American Psychiatric Association wrote
to the Senate stating: “While we are all concerned by the issue of sexual
abuse, there is no credible evidence that lesbians and gay men are more
likely to commit such offenses than others. Gay men and lesbians do not pose
any particular threat to youth and should not be singled out or discriminated
against in any manner.

It's not just paedophiles. It's anyone with an extreme sexual fetish. There are those out there who cannot be sexually aroused without, say... shoes, faeces or God knows what being involved. There are serial murderers out there who've confessed to only being able to reach orgasm if they're strangling a victim, or eating them.

The Gay Report, published by homosexual researchers Jay and Young in 1979, revealed that 73 percent of homosexuals surveyed had at some time had sex with boys 16 to 19 years of age or younger.27 Although homosexuals account for less than two percent of the population, they constitute about a third of child molesters.28 Further, as noted by the Encino, Calif.-based National Association for Research and Therapy of Homosexuality (NARTH), “since homosexual pedophiles victimize far more children than do heteros exual pedophiles, it is estimated that approximately 80 percent of pedophilic victims are boys who have been molested by adult males.”29 A nationwide investigation of child molestation in the Boy Scouts from 1971 to 1991 revealed that more than 2,000 boys reported molestations by adult Scout leaders. A new study by Dr. Timothy J. Dailey recently confirmed what police and psychiatrists have known for decades: a definitive link exists between male homosexuality and pedophilia.

The report entitled Homosexuality and Child Sexual Abuse, shows that while homosexual men make up less than three per cent of the adult male population, they commit a disproportionate number (one third or more) of child sexual molestations. Dailey's report is being sent to parents, youth groups, school administrators, Catholic bishops, and religious organizations.

Homosexuality and Child Sexual Abuse presents a number of controversial findings. The first is that a significant percentage of child sexual abuse victims are boys. The second finding of Dailey's report contradicts the "inaccurate but widely accepted claims of sex researcher Alfred Kinsey" that homosexuals comprise at least 10 per cent of the population. Based upon a study of three large data sets, the General Social Survey, the National Health and Social Life Survey, and the U.S. Census, "a recent study in demography estimates the number of exclusive male homosexuals in the general population at 2.5 per cent, and the number of exclusive lesbians at 1.4 per cent," writes Dailey.
