1. NOWHERE in the US can a mother (or her physician) "kill" a child at birth.
2. NOWHERE in the US is spanking a crime.

You conveniently left out the VA Governor's qualification that he was talking about a non viable fetus in a single specific hypothetical case. Do you see how leaving out this part of the Governor's quote can lead people to jump to the wrong conclusion? If so, does it bother you if they do? Already did. It applies to cases where the child is terminal or the mother in serious danger. Why is it you people have to lie? Nowhere in the US, even Virginia is it allowed to electively kill a kid after they're born.
