So, ummm, no invasion while Tru,p was in office, but killings of thousands of Ukrainians and decimation of their country under Biden is not Biden's fault at all because Biden did so well in Afghanistan?

Unfortunately, no. This is a predictable result of the unrest in Russia/Ukraine - other countries are going to take advantage of the situation. These countries know that the US and others don't want to risk having things unravel elsewhere, and can't afford to divert resources and attention. That's why China, North Korea, and Iraq are misbehaving. Don't be surprised if it expands to places like Venezuela as well.

Worth noting that this was a concern with the Biden presidency - he's not strong on foreign policy. There are two competing goals in foreign policy - Be strong (don't mess with this guy) , and friendly (we want to work with this guy). It's hard to strike a balance. A president who wants to 'please everybody' may be viewed as both a peacemaker and a pushover. Biden's leaned toward the latter. People and countries seeking power will take advantage of that.
