With all due respect, I believe the bolded above is erroneous for most non-extreme sample groups. Culling one's polling group to meet demographic representation, adds it's own bias errors. The standard methodology for quality polls is to use weighting to correct for sample group non-normal variation. This has been accepted practice for eons, and all quality polls do it.

Uh, I didn't make that up. It's a well-established technique in polling a sample so that the result correlates to the entire population.

But let's remember what the poster was claiming. He claimed Trump's approval numbers grew in a positive fashion since the impeachment inquiry began. This is demonstrably incorrect, and all the polls since have been seemingly unanimous in showing this, and they also moved not just in the same direction but in similar quantities. I don't see how anyone can argue against such overwhelming evidence.

I'm not sure it's "demonstrably incorrect". I'd suggest you're seeing the polls that play the sampling games that result in result the Democratic Propaganda Directorate, aka the mainstream media want you to see.

It's one thing to question a poll's specific numerical quantity, like 48%, 52%, etc. It's a whole 'nother thing to question all the polls moving in the same direction with similar changes in quantity.

What secret tribunal? For the love of God.....this is an investigation. They are usually done behind the scenes until the facts that are going to be presented are gathered. Do you call every police investigation that happens in your town a secret tribunal as well, or only because Donald Trump is the subject of this particular one?

You do realize that the discovery (not be be confused with the legal term in a criminal trial) portion of the Clinton impeachment didn't happen on TV either, right? All we saw was the trial that happened in the Senate, as it was an actual TRIAL. The only thing that we the public saw prior to that was the vote to impeach and send articles over to the Senate to be tried.
