Since the DOJ and NARA have overlapping goals (the return and security of classified documents) I'd be inclined to think they're assisting each other in the investigation -- unlike Trump who is doing everything he can to obstruct the process.

The thread title says nothing about DOJ having the stuff that NARA does not have. Neither does the opening post of the thread. Try again.

That total BS. They took everything they could find at MAL. Trump has properties, family members and partners in crime spread out all over the place. If NARA says Trump is still withholding documents, it's a 99.9% probability it's true.

Well, we know the DOJ took everything Trump had. If the NARA doesn't have it, then the DOJ must have it.

Like I said, The NARA should ask the DOJ...maybe with a lawsuit in hand.

No, they were probably more than that. The folders were just for classified documents, while trump stole far more unclassified than unclassified, most or all of which likely don't have folders.

I hope the FBI is working on getting insider contacts at other properties to inform them of documents, like they did at MaL.

Use some logic why don't you. NARA is the agency that referred the matter to the DOJ for a criminal investigation. I am 100% sure the DOJ has shared their complete list of materials received with NARA. They would have no reason to hold it back.

How can you even make a statement like that? Trump took an entire truck load of WH material he was not supposed to take. It had been 17 months since he left the WH. Trump owns properties all over the country and some outside the country. How can you be so sure every single document ended up in a storage room at MAL?

You keep making the same damn statement without a shred of evidence that the FBI got everything that is missing. Given Trumps history of lying and gaslighting constantly, no one can believe anything he says.

No. Mycroft. The FBI took everything they could find at MAL that was covered by the search warrant.

It is very possible Trump has documents that were not recovered. Why, because the FBI did not find them.

How many months did Trump have to move documents from MAL before the search warrant was served?
