One thing only per post, but you can come back as often as you like and add more!
For me, first off is ketchup.

Peanut butter (not the "natural" types).

Leftover pizza.

Who stores sugar in the fridge?

Crikey, you would not believe the bizarre stuff my daughter used to refrigerate. :ROFLMAO:
Of course she has now gone out into the world and we miss the little stinker but I even did a thread called
"This Week in Unnecessary Refrigeration" a couple of years ago, it got a few snickers.

The one that made me laugh hardest was when a friend of hers said she refrigerated a 5 lb bag of flour.

sriracha is another one for me. My wife always puts it back in the fridge.

Sugar, bum ba bum ba bum ba .. ahhh, honey, honey ...

But to answer the question, I'd say these damn Presidential debates -- they've already gone stale and they're simply not worth preserving.

Milk...like in Europe.
Eggs
Tomatos

If you can trust your RAW milk, and you do leave it out, it generally turns to yogurt.
The way we process our milk, it doesn't turn to yogurt, but I don't trust raw milk here in the USA.
The Russians are famous for drinking sour milk.

It depends what it is and what state it's in when you consider refrigeration.

For example, some fruits should be left out or even enclosed in cardboard to ripen, and only put in refrigeration when ripe to slow decay.
Avocados are a prime example of the cardboard thing.

What? This is easy!

Ketchup absolutely can turn sour if not kept in the fridge, and maybe even if you do, after like..a coiton period time.
(Which is more than 1 year)
