In a 1924 case, Hammerschmidt v. United States, Chief Justice William Taft (who was US President from from 1909 to 1913) defined "defraud".

"To conspire to defraud the United States means primarily to cheat the Government out of property or money," he said.

"But it also means to interfere with or obstruct one of its lawful governmental functions by deceit, craft or trickery, or at least by means that are dishonest."

I think they're all in a tizzy because Stone tried to find out what Wiki had before they released it, but couldn't...So, maybe with enough questions they'll get him on not remembering what he had for breakfast on July 11th, 1987....lol

Multiple threads and a hundred pages of a thousand posts against the Dossier got 'em nowhere except the Republicans kicked out the House. Certainly control of it. So now that the sh!tstorms on all fronts are moving in against Trump and Fanboys they've taken to asking questions then to run and hide till the next thunderclap. Rinse and Repeat.

So they're presently marking time for as many as six more long months until the skies open up on 'em. That's when it will be one for all, all for one and every man for himself Trump first. We can feel it in the air.

The really ****ed up part, is how if Obama or Hillary were accused (accused wihout evidence mind you) of the stuff he is, the right's collective heads would explode, but we KNOW Trump did many of these things and they're like "How could you possibly not love president Trump?" and they literally don't seem to understand how everyone doesn't love the guy. It doesn't even register to them that anyone could not see him as a huge sucess story tycoon that EVERYONE with any sense admires.

These are the same people who tell us we should TOTALLY IGNORE any crimes Trump may have committed before he was president (cuz of course none of that counts), cuz he's so great and all. He gets an A+ as president, higher really, just ask him!:roll:

There is no sense, no logic, no reasoning with the Trump base. Their support isn't intllectually based, it's emotional. Logic can't touch that.
 
The Dems will be handing off the transcripts of the GOP to Mueller and it seems there will be more indictments stemming from them. Ya know, like Cohen pleading guilty to lying to Congress?
