Minnesota state representative admits she is in the US illegally during legislative debate

No, it doesn't.
Of course it dies.

i keep quoting word for word the part thst supports my conclusion not yours.

You keep ignoring it
And yes, if you came here illegally, and don't meet one of the other available paths, that may mean leaving the country as a part of the process.
Which is the vast majority of illegals.

Hence my point.

And its not just leave and come back. Its leave and be disallowed from applying in most cases and even in cases where they can it takes decades
Yes, the system is largely broken. (Thanks Democrats!
The democrats keep trying to fix it, its always repuicans that blick it.

no need to lie.
It also hasn't been enforced well, so people have taken the path of less resistance
Its not the path of least resistance......its hard as hell......daunting......but its the only path available to most.
- choosing not to follow the legal process.
the legal process isnt an opyion for most.

the system is broken. The US economy needs their labor now not in a decade or two, and the legal system doesnt accomodate that.
The legal path is there and available,
not for most.
and I know many people who have used it.
They are the mimority.

I pointed out how it doesn't. Your reply of 'uh uh' is not convincing.

Leaving is often a part of the process, but it can and has been done. I know several people who have done so, and it didn't take 'decades'. They normally wouldn't be autmotically disallowed unless they committed a crime or were previously deported. Again, not easy, but it's an option.

The democrats keep trying to fix it, its always repuicans that blick it.
Democrats have blocked it. Period. Usually by trying to force a 'comprehensive reform' or as a part of another bill with obvious poison pills. We could have started with points of agreement long ago. And a reminder that it goes back to Regan where he agreed to amnesty in exchange for the promise of reforms that democrats never delivered.

Its not the path of least resistance......its hard as hell......daunting......but its the only path available to most.
No. Many come over without going the legal avenue because they've been allowed to do so. It's been easier, with less risk. Like any other laws, the government has to provide enforcement to encourage people to take the legal route.

You did no such thing.
Democrats have blocked it. Period.
Another outright lie.

nonsense. They come becsuse thrir labor is needed now and the legal process doesnt accomodate.

And another lie.

You dont seem to know much anout the people you are judging.

Now you are just deflecting and making silly accusations. Take care.
No. I proved you wrong, with quotations.

And if you think the people that are here illegally had the opportunity to come legally and just chose not to, you prove you know nothing about them.

Not interested in your 'nuh uh!' responses, deflection, and name calling. I corrected you and explained why. Take care.

Providing quotes that prove you wrong isnt "nuh uh", or deflection........and what name did i call you?

I heard Melania Trump worked illegally in the US when she first arrived. Is that as bad?
Nice avatar, by the way. Was that for Gay Pride Month?

Melania had a visa to stay in the U.S., but not to work at the time. Looks like this woman had neither type of visa according to her statement.

Quick check of the requirements for Minnesota state representatives. Must be a qualified voter. Must be a resident (which likely means legal residency). So, no, she isn't eligible. And she's likely violated election laws and filed false disclosures and campaign disclosures.

Didn’t think of that. How many state and federal forms she lied on? And the penalty for doing so? If she voted in the Presidential election?

So since the paperwork was forged and fake, I'm sure you'll support the same charges as you advocate for Trump for signing checks and paying back loans.

Perhaps all the state and federal forms she lied on that could amount to dozen of charges that make Trump look like a Boy Scout…lulz.

While it might not affect her, her parents committed fraud in order to get into America. Her knowingly lying on paperwork on her legal status might still effect her.
But a convicted felon can be president.

it wasn't her though it was her parents

still - understand that when breaking laws are justified for one thing or by one group that anyone/everyone can break laws and self justify them too. Open that pandora's box, see where it goes
It goes downtown.

Do you drive the speed limit?

It goes downtown.

Do you drive the speed limit?

yes, I very very rarely speed - that comes from conditioning of driving a company truck for years and my driving monitored

So. according to your "logic," that makes you a criminal. And if we could only get you off the streets, we could solve the problem.

100% of the accidents caused by excessive speed are caused by drivers exceeding the speed limit. Off to the gulag you go.

Hate. Hate. Hate.

I have no idea the wacko-connections you're attempting to make

I'm a USA citizen, this is my country, I belong here, legally.

I don't belong in El Salvador illegally or Venezuela illegally or Haiti ......... and their people don't belong in the USA illegally

this is simple stuff which might explain why liberals have a tough time with it ... but the truth is? Democrat party WANTS those poverty level, unskilled, uneducated people by the millions for slave-ish labor .... underpaid, outside US labor laws, in the field and doing cotton-picking type labor for the rich. Human trafficking/sex trafficking/child abuse/trafficking, drugs/crimes/rapes/murders ... that's all ok with Demcorat party as long as you can have your $0.79 avocados and $1.99 strawberries right ?

I have no idea
I'll just leave this here.

100% of failed arguments are posted by those who have no idea.

Hate. Hate. Hate. Hope it doesn't affect your health.

So they should be ignored if they haven't harmed someone?
I read this quote, and then whole speech, several days ago. It was given by Robert H. Jackson who was variously US Solicitor General, US Attorney General and a Supreme Court Justice. He answers your question for you;

"There is a most important reason why the prosecutor should have, as nearly as possible, a detached and impartial view of all groups in his community. Law enforcement is not automatic. It isn't blind. One of the greatest difficulties of the position of prosecutor is that he must pick his cases, because no prosecutor can even investigate all of the cases in which he receives complaints. If the department of justice were to make even a pretense of reaching every probable violation of federal law, ten times its present staff would be inadequate. We know that no local police force can strictly enforce the traffic laws, or it would arrest half the driving population on any given morning, What every prosecutor is practically required to do is to select the cases for prosecution and to select those in which the offense is the most flagrant, the public harm the greatest, and the proof the most certain."

One is allowed to have an opinion without having state residency.
Of course though not living certainly makes one suspect the accuracy of the opinion as well as the bias of the opinion holder.

And? Plenty wake up in Alabama and are thankful to be here

Because they are happy to be in Alabama vs west Virginia.

People live in Alabama because it is cheap, not because it is a great place to live.

NYC is very expensive and far more people want to live there but can't because they can't afford it. Alabama is way down on the list where people want to move. It is one of the last choices people will make no where close to number 1
