Milwaukee County Judge Dugan indicted, grand jury meets Tuesday

The grand jury only hears the prosecution's side of the case. It's been said that a prosecutor can get the grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.

Funny, Democrats don’t care about ham sandwiches when it’s Trump.

He was there for a court case. Question is why didn't they place a detainer before he made bail? That sounds like an error on their part...and they could have placed a detainer against him.
They weren't aware he was in custody - or even in the country. There wasn't an active case against him when he was arrested, and given that it was a misdemeanor offense, he likely made bail relatively quickly. His fingerprints were entered as a part of the arrest - and flagged as having previously been removed, triggering ICE to issue the warrant for unlawful reentry.

And again - that's not relevant.

So, explain how it is different from not having one.
One wasn’t even needed.
They still can arrest him without it, in any public space.
I know. You seem confused as to the fact that an administrative warrant is a valid warrant. Despite being shown a citation showing they are valid, and YOU YOURSELF PROVIDING A CITATION SHOWING THEY ARE 😂

They were aware...they simply failed to get a detainer in place...It doesn't matter that there isn't an active case...they have access to all of the databases of arrests and incarcerated individuals...my own son had a detainer placed against him even though he is a US citizen....explain how that happened and they couldn't ****ing get it together for this guy?

It doesn't matter that a judge isn't a police officer...they are in control of the courthouse and can ask anyone to leave.
Nope. Only the courtroom.

no, she isn't...
Objectively is.
she is on video telling him to leave through a door that leads into the same hallway the officers were in.
She is on video assisting him in evading LEO by using an employee door. It’s why she isn’t a judge anymore and was indicted.

Already explained. And again, irrelevant.

This is what the Chief Justice Ashley said about Administrative warrants:

He said that an administrative warrant can be used to make arrests in a public hallway, but added that "a judicial warrant has more authority in going into private areas."

You were saying? Not looking good for Judge Dugan.

Of course. It’s a necessary step in the processing.

One can always tell when ClaraD knows she is failing, out come the personal “stories”

Which would not be such a bad thing if those “stories” didn’t so often turn out to be complete BS.
Like where she claimed to be well versed in firearms and claimed you couldn’t shoot 22lr out of a handgun. Even went so far as to claim there was a warning on the box of ammo not to do it.
Or how she played soccer until she was 17 on boys soccer teams yet claimed that physical contact between soccer players is against the rules.

After we well established an administrative warrant is perfectly legal, as per my source from the Chief Judge himself, she faded to obscurity in this thread. Likewise, the Chief Judges reply likely invalidates @ClaraD claim the Chief Judge told law enforcement they have to leave the courthouse.

An administrative warrant is a valid warrant.

The ICE policy and courthouse policy is to not disturb the hearing, and to make the arrest outside the courtroom after the hearing had completed.
Post a link that supports your above claim.

The Chief Judge did not weigh-in on the validity of the administrative warrant. Only that ICE agents were permitted to make arrests in public areas inside the courthouse.
