This is the biggest difference between liberals and conservatives. All you do is think in terms of ideology. If it feels good for the moment you don't think about the consequences. You are disconnected from the fact that things like socialism cost money. Just print another trillion if you get in trouble. What could go wrong? You wouid never throw a party at your house without considering how many to invite but with government spending you actually think you are spending government money (and not taxpayer money) so you throw it around to buy votes like there is no tomorrow. But there is a tomorrow. Do you have a clue how big of a number 30 trillion is?

10 years paying taxes and working for U.S. businesses who happily hire them.

Of 350M legal border crossings, only 0.14% of that number succeed at crossing illegally. It's a controlled border.
People do get through, but it's not an "open border". Encounters at the border have jumped very high, but that's not the fault of some Biden policy. Hell, Biden has re-enacted or continued a number of the Trump era immigration policies.
Obama deported more than any other president at the time....Deporter in chief....

Canada is encouraging immigration, and there is a waiting list.

Immigration is a necessity to the US. Like Canada the birth rate is not keeping up with the need for workers, especially the low end of the market. Most southerners I've come across complain loudly, but also hire them to get cheaper labor painting their house & whatnot.

They would not come if there was no hope in $.

I have often wondered about setting up an Canada Immigration centre at the Mexican border and claiming the best so we can fly them here to fill jobs that go wanting. There is and has been a entry level worker shortage we are patching together for people from India, China, Taiwan and more and more South Americans. Let us have the cream & all you have to do is bus the 2% to your political enemies in the on-going childish highjinks you call immigration policy.
