Again, it’s a damn good show, but it doesn’t change the fact that it is just a show. Furthermore, even within the scene you used as “proof”, the Marines are shown as deeply uncomfortable with actually saying what the term supposedly means.....because they know that casually tossing around racial slurs isn’t a good thing.
