"Loudoun County Public Schools is aware of the media and social media reports concerning alleged sexual assaults at two of our high school campuses. While LCPS takes student privacy seriously and cannot reveal details concerning the actions of any specific student, we do want to clarify our investigative process. Principals are legally required to report to the local law enforcement agency any act, including sexual assault, that may constitute a felony offense under Va. Code 22.1-279.3:1. That process was followed with respect to these allegations. Loudoun County Sheriff's Office was contacted within minutes of receiving the initial report on May 28. Once a matter has been reported to law enforcement, LCPS does not begin its investigation until law enforcement advises LCPS that it has completed the criminal investigation. To maintain the integrity of the criminal investigation, law enforcement requested that LCPS not interview students until their investigation is concluded. Furthermore, LCPS is prohibited from disciplining any student without following the Title IX grievance process, which includes investigating complaints of sexual harassment and sexual assault. LCPS has complied and continues to comply with its obligations under Title IX.

School Board members are typically not given details of disciplinary matters. The board may be obligated to consider long-term suspensions or expulsions and must ensure that students have not been deprived of due process. Consequently, members of the Loudoun County School Board were not aware of the specific details of this incident until it was reported in media outlets earlier this week. We are unable to locate any records that indicate that Scott Smith had registered in advance to speak at the June 22, 2021 board meeting."

Does transferring them to another school comply with obligations under Title IX? If so, I suggest it be revisited to protect not only the accuser, but also the people where they transferred them to.
Was the school he was transferred to notified of the alleged incident?

They didn't cover it up.. The sheriffs department was contacted and started an investigation immediately.

This story is about a guy that got arrested at a Loudon County, VA school board meeting. His arrest was cited in the letter the NSBA sent to Biden.

By all accounts the guy that got arrested did get violent. There was little discussion, however, to WHY he got violent.

It seems that the motivation for his outrage was that his daughter got sexually assaulted and that the superintendent denied any case of sexual assault. Furthermore, it appears that the school moved the assailant to another school where he assaulted another student.

The account of the assault, through the father's attorney, isn't exactly run of the mill stuff -


So I'm just thinking that if my kid was assaulted in that way and that the school not only denied the incident but also moved the assailant to another school where he did it again I might be a little bit pissed off too.

We don't have all the details in this matter and probably won't have all the details since the assailant is a juvenile but if this is true and the school board did what the story says they did then maybe the DoJ should focus a little more on school board abuse and a little less on intimidating parents that are standing up for their kids.

Another story of progressives that are too stupid to figure out the consequences of their actions.
You either have a penis or vagina. The penis go into the boys locker room and the vaginas go into the girls locker room. That worked for years.

It is my understanding doctors who deliver babies can no longer tell the parents whether it's a girl or boy. The doctors are now saying gender to be determined at a later date.

People will picket the courthouse. Shit...the DA will probably drop the charges under political pressure. Would you want to be involved in charging a guy who just busted open a can of worms such as a cover up by school officials of a rapist?

They let the rapist stay free. They sent him to another school....WHERE HE DID IT AGAIN!!!

They covered it up. How else could he still be let into a school building?

My guess is this little freak has got a rich dad or daddy is politically connected.

The key to introducing Communism and getting it accepted in a given nation is to start by destroying the existing institutions. The preferred way to do that is through spurring distrust through a campaign of propaganda and disinformation. Once the nations is sufficiently divided they tend to welcome a controlling government that will put everything back together for them.
