Drill baby drill would be a good start. Energy independence is vital to national security. Even Europe is suddenly waking up to that lesson.Ok, the gop 'owns the libs', now what, drill baby drill? What is the gop going to do for the american people?
Are you suggesting the federal government seize the American oil industry?Drill baby drill would be a good start. Energy independence is vital to national security. Even Europe is suddenly waking up to that lesson.
Pave the way for Trump's Presidency.Ok, the gop 'owns the libs', now what, drill baby drill? What is the gop going to do for the american people?
Oil is a major polluter and not forever ......... how stupid can we get about this......Drill baby drill would be a good start. Energy independence is vital to national security. Even Europe is suddenly waking up to that lesson.
Leave us the F' alone. The democrats constantly F'n with us.Let's say the gop wins both the house and senate. With the majority what do you want to see your representatives do for the american people?
Hopefully take a loooong vacation?Ok, the gop 'owns the libs', now what, drill baby drill? What is the gop going to do for the american people?
The GOP will not pay for caregivers for home care. After all, this is an affront to all core conservative values:Hopefully, they will pay for caregivers who look after the elderly at home or at various facilities.
Currently, Medicare pays only for the first three months at a facility after leaving the hospital.
And it pays nothing to help families who hire caregivers for home care (unless, I understand, one is under the poverty level).
Some families have to use up their savings or take out a reverse mortgage.

1. If you are relatively young, I hope that you will seriously consider getting some long-term care insurance for yourself or a loved one.
2. I have heard that some people resort to paying cash to someone to take care of a loved one in order to avoid the high cost of going through an agency. But hear tell that is dicey. E.g., you might be considered an employer. Tax problems, etc.
3. I think that some Europeans in "socialized" countries shake their heads in amazement at how the elderly are left financially hanging in the wealthiest nation ever on earth.
The oil companies could do that right now if they so choose......but that is not in their business plan.Drill baby drill would be a good start. Energy independence is vital to national security. Even Europe is suddenly waking up to that lesson.
If the GOP wins the House the 1/6 committee comes to a dead stop. Trump and his cohorts get away with inciting an insurrection. The GOP will not bring any judges they consider liberal up for a vote. All covid restrictions cease. The ACA comes under attack. The infrastructure bill gets gutted. An increase in military spending. Probably more tax cuts for the rich and corporate welfare.
Good bye environment. National Parks and all fragile habitats will be attacked in the interest of corporate profits.
Trump will take credit.
Our democracy may not survive.
Not unless the Dems lose the WH.......Biden would veto any of that.Say goodbye to your health care.
Ok, the gop 'owns the libs', now what, drill baby drill? What is the gop going to do for the american people?
it's not quite that easy. You clearly do not understand the oil business and how it's influenced by government. The oil companies could do that right now if they so choose......but that is not in their business plan.
So you want the Govt. to takeover the oil companies? How about a ban on oil exports?Drill baby drill would be a good start. Energy independence is vital to national security. Even Europe is suddenly waking up to that lesson.
You mean by paying them to produce oil? Should we increase their subsidies? How would that bring down the world price of oil?it's not quite that easy. You clearly do not understand the oil business and how it's influenced by government.
No, you clearly have not being paying attention to what oil sector executives are saying. They have no plans to return to precovid production levels in 2022. They are instead listening to their shareholders who want to recoup the money they lost. Shareholder ROI is their current focus not investing in production.it's not quite that easy. You clearly do not understand the oil business and how it's influenced by government.
That's why you are so ignorant on the issue. It's all about partisan politics to you. First between known oil reserves and coal shale, we have enough oil to last the next five centuries It's not going to run out. Most of us, myself included would love to see the oil pig disappear, for the sake of ending the free world's dependence on brutal dictatorships like Russia and Iran. However it's not going to happen until a viable alternative with an existing infrastructure is in place. In the meantime, the free world is importing oil and gas from places that do not drill or refine cleanly like we do in the US. And Putin is pretty much financing his war on Ukraine with oil he exports to the free world.Oil is a major polluter and not forever ......... how stupid can we get about this......
Let me try: I would expect every ALEC GOP wing nut to step up and resign thus doing their part to drain the swamp. In the best interest of America.
Capitalism at its best, otherwise known as survival of the fittest, not the companies, we the people. There are many things that could be done for we the people sadly one party seems dead set against them claiming socialism. I guess they would rather see our tax dollars go to the military industrial complex.Hopefully, they will pay for caregivers who look after the elderly at home or at various facilities.
