I am pro-choice. But I understand Quid Pro Quo China Joe ordered Democrats to never accept facts and lying is the #1 Democratic Party tactic. Therefore, you do not hesitate to post a false message and then desperately try to diverse by a stupid attack after I provided a link proving your message is false to instead have the truth.

Yes, I did say the government pays 0%. I should have said the government pays to abort pregnancies that risk death or are the result of rape or incest which amounts to about 4% or possibly less. How much groveling will be acceptable to you?

That means birth control failures can and do happen, even when used carefully and correctly, or as you like to put it, 'responsibly.' "

I should have added the word "sometimes" after saying birth control failures can and do happen. My bad. So I'll correct my error and say it now. Because no form of BC, including condoms, has a 100% guarantee against unwanted pregnancy, birth control failures can and do happen sometimes. Even when it's used "responsibly." Hope this helps.

Yet people don't sue these companies and their defective products en-masse? People sue ladder companies - and win - when they fall from the top step of the ladder - even though the ladder is marked "Do not stand on top step"
Why have these corporations not made to pay for their defective products? Car companies are. Food companies are. Yet birth control companies are obviously placing millions upon millions of defective product on the market every year. No law suits?

The following caution about the success of suing a condom manufacturer comes from Find Law, a website eager to find you a lawyer and take on a suit. It might be wise to look up the disclaimer provided by the condom manufacturer. I'm betting it is suit-proof.

From FindLaw's website: "Prophylactic Liability: condoms will likely have a warning or a disclaimer on the package to protect the company against legal action. So be aware that the product may have functioned as advertised, even if it broke during use.

It's possible a manufacturer could be strictly liable if a person is injured by their product. There are three main types of product liability claims:

Here is what the quotes actually say:

"Development of the embryo begins at Stage 1 when a sperm fertilizes an oocyte and together they form a zygote." Embryo, not fully-formed human.

"Embryo: the developing organism from the time of fertilization until significant differentiation has occurred, when the organism becomes known as a fetus." Not baby or human.

"The development of a human being begins with fertilization, a process by which two highly specialized cells, the spermatozoon from the male and the oocyte from the female, unite to give rise to a new organism, the zygote." The author of this webpage cherry-picks this quote as if they learned something profound in middle school sex ed.

"I would say that among most scientists, the word 'embryo' includes the time from after fertilization..." Again, terminology only.

Dishonesty is the one consistent tactic that the prolifers use. Scientific literacy isn't.

It is sad that you have no problem with it. It reflects in you a shallowness that you should really examine.

I happen to be pro-choice, but I find this to be a very troubling position due to the complexity of the issues surrounding this choice..

With all of the various issues involved in ending human life, having "no problem" with ending human life is troubling.

Your "no problem" position is one that that can be held only by a person with absolutely no depth or by a sociopath.
