How you know you lost an argument is when you simply say something is a lie even when the facts are backed up with article after article. Additionally that person with the losing argument will claim to speak for other people.

Joe Biden ended the remain in Mexico policy. Period. End of story.

What happened to support for Garcia now that there is more evidence showing his involvement in human smuggling?
The only defense he can muster is from public defenders.
Looks like there is enough evidence against Garcia to where Democrat lawmakers don't want to stand up for him.

Did you find more evidence of the case published since last Friday? If so, please share.

Most of us are waiting to see the new evidence or what the prosecution has planned. Do you have some inside track with new info?

No I don't. Other than what I read or hear from podcasts.
Bottom line. If he is convicted of human smuggling, he could be in prison for over 100 years.
Plenty enough time for members of the Dem Congress to visit him in prison and grandstand because Garcia is a standup guy who was railroaded by the Trump DOJ.

Yeah, if DEM's fought as hard for Americans as they do for illegals, drug traffickers, violent gang members, and human traffickers, they might have support from Americans with functioning brains ........

You seem to be assuming that "Americans with functioning brains" are on the opposite side of Dems.
Is that all non-Dems or just those who give some thought to what they believe is true?

Here I'm am referring to "DEM's" as the Politicians in the DNC/in Government, and
"Americans with a functioning Brain" as Americans.... with a functioning brain.

When women an Children were killed by illegals the DEM's (DNC) were not flying around the world for 100% Justices!
But when an MS-13 CRIMINALS was deported they were jet setting to Salvador to bring that CRIMINAL back in to America...
At the EXPENSE of the US TAX PAYERS !....
