Kilmar Abrego Garcia on way back to US to face criminal charges: Sources

Too many untruths. Biden campaigned on stopping the remain in Mexico policy as he said it was inhumane. Then when the Supreme Court ruled he could stop the policy, he did. It’s Biden who stopped it, not Mexico.
Mexico would not allow them to remain any longer.
In fact Biden reinstated the remain in Mexico policy briefly after negotiation with Mexico in 2021. As the crisis on the border was unpopular with Americans. But ended it after the Supreme Court ruling. Thus, your Mexico ended the policy is false.
Nope. Mexico stopped letting us keep them there.

You are flat out wrong.

Termination, reinstatement, and Supreme Court ruling (2021–present)

In February 2021, the administration of President Joe Biden ended the "Remain in Mexico" policy, resuming admission of new asylum seekers and the approximately 25,000 with pending cases to the United States, and asking the Supreme Court to dismiss the appeal as moot.[24][25] On August 14, 2021, a federal judge in Texas ordered a resumption of the Trump-era border policy that required migrants to remain in Mexico until their US immigration court date.[26][27] The court ruled the reversal may have violated the Administrative Procedure Act, which prevents arbitrary regulations, because it did not consider various facts.[26] A stay to block reenforcement of the "Remain in Mexico" policy was denied by both the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court,[28][29] compelling the administration to reinstitute the policy.[30] In December, the administration announced they had agreed to requirements by Mexico for the resumption of returns, including COVID-19 vaccination, completion of cases within 180 days, and inquiries into fears of return to Mexico.[31]

After the completion of negotiations with the government of Mexico, the Biden administration announced the resumption of the practice on December 2, 2021, with some alterations.[31][32] On June 30, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Biden v. Texas that the Biden administration had the authority to end the policy.[33][34]

It's interesting how wildly inaccurate (read: false) these assertions about Biden and the border are. Yes, post-covid the number of encounters increased (duh), but CPB efficiency in stopping crossing increased substantially under Biden to 78%, far exceeding Trump's first term and he's on pace to do much worse this term (about half). It's less about the number of attempted crossings, and more about the inefficiency of operations.

This is largely the result of two factors: first, under Biden, CBP focused on more efficient methodologies for interdiction. Second, Trump wasted effort on ineffective methods (like his non existent border wall) in the first term; and in this term has been pulling hundreds of Border Patrol officers (at least 500) and equipment away from the border to chase their tails and non-threatening, long term residents that are ICE's responsibility in the interior. All to generate numbers and distract from the failure at the border (which they no longer publish...).

Trump is a grandstanding idiot, and his minions are worse. As a case in point, CBP aircraft have been pulled off the border to assist ICE in the interior. That means they aren't minding the border. That is in addition to several thousands of FBI agents and HSI agents - even Treasury agents - not performing their criminal investigation duties.

The stupidity and dishonesty is rank.
The Biden administration encouraged the millions of illegals to stream to the border in caravans. Biden streamlined the processing bringing these illegals into the country and distributed them around the country. Because of the vast numbers coming, there was a residual effect of rejecting a higher number at the border. Biden changed how the deportation numbers were counted. They changed the turned away at the border into being counted as a deportation. It is a laugh to claim these statistics as some sort of border security increase. Hell we have over 8 million illegals here as a result of it all.

Refuted all of this already.

Bobbin and weavin'. Desperate to divert. ⬆️ How about this? Where's that quote? ⬇️

Because I was talking about him, the criminal:

Like Kilmer Abrego Garcia, the very topic of this thread? Bidens FBI/DOJ were fine with letting him go when police suspected him of trafficking illegals. Bidens open border must be complied with.

Because I was talking about him, the criminal:

No, you were talking about immigrants in general at first. Now you move the goal posts.

In both cases you were asked to quote where he was "fine" with anything. Esp. letting criminals into the US. Still waiting.

Why do the DEM's have such a hard on for this guy ?....

It's as if human trafficking is one of the DNC's sources of income or something....

Illegal immigration is the next hill the Democrats want to die on. So now we are going to give him more due process and procecute him as a human trafficker that he is.

Sorry, but it was YOU who took it out of context to what I actually said. Carry on.

Nope. Mexico stopped letting us keep them there.

Sorry, but you already lost this one, as also pointed out by another poster. Let it go…

Nope

Ahem! Check the date on that article….February 7, 2023. Check the date when Biden renegotiated the remain in Mexico policy with Mexico….December 2, 2021. Biden shut down the remaining in Mexico policy right after the Supreme Courts decision to allow it in June 30, 2022. Your wrong then, your wrong now, carry on…

Dont lie, you started out with a broad "buh buh buh Biden" comment ⬇️

Because Biden is fine with bringing criminal immigrants into the country.

It's even present tense! And Biden didnt "bring in" Abrego Garcia  Didnt he come in during TACO's first term?

Nope. Mexico would not permit them to remain there.

That was AFTER the remain in Mexico policy was shut down by Biden Administration in June 30, 2022. Mexicos statement was in February, 2023.

I know. Mexico wouldn’t let them stay there any longer.

That was a 2023 article and about the attempts to reinstate the plan. Biden shut it down on day one in office, almost two years prior to this article and after two years of illegals flooding into the country because Biden encouraged them to stream in.
When you lie like this nobody takes you seriously.

We don’t need a Supreme Court case for that. Federal law was always about knowingly transport of illegal immigrants. That the driver knew they were illegal immigrants. So it’s not a monumental case in of itself.
A Supreme Court decision defines what can and cannot be charged
