Where were these charges earlier? Now that he's been ordered back, suddenly we have all new charges to hit him with. Again, the very definition of lawfare.

They didn't have to be proved. The issue is that KAG was here illegally. He requested asylum and was denied. His asylum claim was again denied on appeal. The hearings included testimony of his gang affiliation but, since he wasn't being charged with gang activity, there wasn't a hearing required on that aspect.

At any rate, he has now been indicted on gang related charges so all the bleeding hearts can now sit around waiting for a criminal trial and then support gang activity as much as they like. Maybe all of you will head to the streets in your red and blue lumberjacks to show even more solidarity and "ally support" for criminals.

I listened to the press conference live, and this jumped out:

1] " . . . humans, children, and women."

What? She (Bondi) said the italicized during her monologue. I'm sure she misspoke. But it was so Freudianly MAGA!

2] Bondi had a long monologue describing Garcia's supposed litany of a wide range of crimes and criminal association. Yet she only charged Garcia with two narrowly defined charges.

When asked to clarify, and as to why Garcia is not charged with the other crimes she asserted, Bondi immediately ended the conference.
