Kilmar Abrego Garcia on way back to US to face criminal charges: Sources

He got all that. The left wingers couldn't wrap their heads around the difference between an administrative process and a criminal process. They DEMANDED that KAG get criminal due process and now that's exactly what he and they are getting. Congratulations.
AG Bondi mentioned that if Garcia is convicted of the charges, upon the completion of his sentence which I predict will be long, he will be deported back to his home country of El Salvador.

Your error is thinking this is about this one particular man. This is about adherence to the law and the Constitution. No one, not even the president, should be able to circumvent the Constitution he's sworn to uphold. The Trump administration has violated the laws of our land. That's the issue and "our" problem with the treatment of Mr. Garcia. The fact that you and your ilk still don't get that is astonishing to me.
If you are a visitor to this country you are here on a "privilege" basis. If you violate the terms of that privilege you can and should have that privilege removed. The INA is an administrative act, not a criminal one so 5th and 6th Amendment protections don't apply and since there isn't anything unreasonable about removing a person that violates their visitor privilege then the 4th doesn't apply either.

At last, a man with integrity.

"The decision to pursue the indictment against Abrego Garcia led to the abrupt departure of Ben Schrader, a high-ranking federal prosecutor in Tennessee, sources briefed on Schrader’s decision told ABC News. Schrader’s resignation was prompted by concerns that the case was being pursued for political reasons, the sources said.

Schrader, who spent 15 years in the U.S. Attorney's Office in Nashville and was most recently the chief of the criminal division, declined to comment when contacted by ABC News.""

Drop the charges and claim he already served his time in that prison.
That won't satisfy the Maga cult. They need something to hate to offset the higher grocery prices that they are having to pay under Trump.

What pledge did Garcia violate?

Everyone, citizen or not, has a right to petition a court if they have been taken into custody. It's why the police can't just lock up people vacationing in the US without due process.

He's running and hiding.

Look, if a jury finds him guilty of transporting illegals and sends him to a federal penitentiary, that's ... well, it's not fine, but it's what we're used to.

It's the part about sending somebody without trial to a camp administered by some third world dictator, that "nobody ever leaves", and from which we rarely hear word, and nothing we're not meant to see, that's what should worry us. Remember, neither Auschwitz nor Sobibor nor Treblinka were on German soil - they were institutions in Poland, you see.

Not defending him off until they have Cheeto dust on their cheeks would be a good place to start.

IMO.

Apparently SCOTUS couldn't "wrap their heads around" it", either!
They could absolutely wrap their heads around it. Their issue was removal contrary to the hold order but the hold order was for removal to Guatemala so they were a bit mistaken in their analysis.

He's running and hiding.

Thank God we know the power of the United States government will move every resource possible to find, conviction, deport, or otherwise make life miserable for this one father and husband of United States citizens.

His only real crime, causing Trump to show the world once again what an asshole he is by his sadistically reckless actions.

I guess this counts as facilitateing.

LMAO...but TACO lied and MAGA bent over backwards swearing to it, saying he couldnt do it.

"From the beginning, this case has made one thing painfully clear: The government had the power to bring him back at any time. Instead, they chose to play games with the court and with a man's life," Sandoval-Moshenberg said. "We're not just fighting for Kilmar -- we're fighting to ensure due process rights are protected for everyone. Because tomorrow, this could be any one of us -- if we let power go unchecked, if we ignore our Constitution." link

TACO...still 👑 and head liar...followed unquestioningly by his supplicants...total rubes that would flush the Constitution down the toilet rather than stand up to the 🌮👑

The charge is strictly political.

I think that you and I have had this conversation before. KAG was afforded all the due process to which he was entitled prior to his removal. Once he was removed the left threw a shit fit and demanded MORE due process. Now he's going to get that due process by answering for criminal charges instead of civil action.

Are you rewriting history?

SCOTUS ruled Garcia specifically did nor receive Due Process, and ordered Trump to bring him back to receive it.

lol random internet nobody says scotus screwed up their analysis.
hahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahaha

Great. Xinis will get the case and she will, in her authority as some judge, grant him citizenship ad expunge his record. DoJ will appeal and everything she did will be tossed. Garcia, if we can still find him, will be rounded up and deported again but at least all the liberals will be happy that they accomplished nothing in all of this.
Oh look, another rightist making up stupid shit so he can tell us how stupid his made-up shit is.

Bondi is making many charges, see how it pans out.
That bitch needs to have charges brought against her and get disbarred as well.

The DOJ needs a major rehaul and to be fully independent of the executive branch.

guess we'll see once he has actual due process as per the constitution. not authoritarian actions as per trump's whims.
