Indictment alleges he took ~100 trips over the last decade. Hard to believe he wouldn't have known the 500-1000 ppl were illegal. Either way, due process is needed & a right to habeas corpus

Your error is thinking this is about this one particular man. This is about adherence to the law and the Constitution. No one, not even the president, should be able to circumvent the Constitution he's sworn to uphold. The Trump administration has violated the laws of our land. That's the issue and "our" problem with the treatment of Mr. Garcia. The fact that you and your ilk still don't get that is astonishing to me.
