But there's a list longer than my forearm of other crap that will be brought up at trial related to his gang affiliations.
I did't see this coming.
He wasconvictedindicted by a grand jury in TN.
The number of hours proving this case quietly under the radar is amazing.
The "Maryland Dad" is toast and the left is too.
Magas are so deep into the TrumpCult that they don't even realize that they are in one.Not defending him off until they have Cheeto dust on their cheeks would be a good place to start.
IMO.
Really. Transporting illegal aliens is a 'gang affiliation' charge? He was indicted on gang affiliation charges.
he was illegally deported - that's what was ruledAnd Garcia got that opportunity plus an appeal.
Oh, you mean justice. Its coming in spades for the asshat.guess we'll see once he has actual due process as per the constitution. not authoritarian actions as per trump's whims.
Much like their Taco-Hero who fabricate a crisis (that his base is too stupid to figure out is non-existant) and then pretend to solve it. Magas feed on this type of stupidity.Oh look, another rightist making up stupid shit so he can tell us how stupid his made-up shit is.
If found guilty he will serve his time here, and then if/when his sentence is completed he will be deported, as he is not a United States citizen. If he's convicted, I wonder if he'll be sent back or they'll be forced to find a different foreign prison due to the original restrictions on deportation. It may depend on whether they can determine he's MS-13 too.
At least he'll get a chance to present a case against all charges and see what, if anything, sticks.
as long as trump (finally!) follows the constitution, i'm fine with the results.Oh, you mean justice. Its coming in spades for the asshat.
Ordinarily, yes. This administration is already saying he'll be sent back to El Salvador as soon as they can justify doing so.If found guilty he will serve his time here, and then if/when his sentence is completed he will be deported, as he is not a United States citizen.
Bondi has always been one to ride a bad move down in flames.Bondi is making many charges, see how it pans out.

AG Bondi mentioned that if Garcia is convicted of the charges, upon the completion of his sentence which I predict will be long, he will be deported back to his home country of El Salvador. He got all that. The left wingers couldn't wrap their heads around the difference between an administrative process and a criminal process. They DEMANDED that KAG get criminal due process and now that's exactly what he and they are getting. Congratulations.
Garcia should be presumed innocent, but so should the prosecutors. It is entirely possible that an illegal immigrant violated some laws. Whether they are good laws is another question. The motivation may be persecution. And perhaps the charges really are made up to harass the man. But whatever the case may be, I feel better about having it decided in a U.S. court under U.S. law than under the care of some dictator who responds by posting "oopsie, too late" to Twitter. The charge is strictly political.
So they're going to keep concocting charges until they can find something that sticks? WTF is wrong with these people?
If y'all wanted to know what lawfare looks like, this is it.
Soooooo…..
Looks like Abrego Garcia has been shipped out of his CECOT luxury vacation, back to the U.S., and will now face charges of being the mastermind behind thousands of cases of illegal human trafficking. Why not implicate him as a conspirator in the 9/11 attacks while we’re at it? Maybe the JFK assassination? The mastermind behind the fake news moon landings??
I’m sorry, I was under the impression that Garcia was an MS-13 gang member? Why is that not the foundation for this case? Maybe because only those Trumpers dumb enough to believe it was the only substantiation?
…..it will certainly be amusing to watch the Trump regime try to shove their conspiracy theories and bigoted nonsense through the strictures of jurisprudence.
Welcome home, Kilmar.
If convicted, he will serve his sentence. After which being a felon, and not a citizen of the US….we will be sent back to his home.Ordinarily, yes. This administration is already saying he'll be sent back to El Salvador as soon as they can justify doing so.
If found guilty he will serve his time here, and then if/when his sentence is completed he will be deported, as he is not a United States citizen.
You're correct; I was mistaken. My apologies for misreading. My brain only read the bold and missed your qualifying middle statement. No, they did not say that.

This is the text from the conclusion of the removal hold order. See page 49 of this PDFlol random internet nobody says scotus screwed up their analysis.
hahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahaha
Here is the text from the SCOTUS order - https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24pdf/24a949_lkhn.pdfIV. Conclusion
The Respondent's application for asylum is time-barred without exception. However' he
has established past persecution based on a protected ground, and the presumption
of a well-founded fear of future persecution. DHS has not shown there are changed circumstances in
Guatemala that would result in the Respondent's life not being threatened, or that internal
relocation is possible and reasonable under the circumstances. Therefore, the Respondent's
application for withholding under the Act is granted. Finally, his CAT chum fails because he has
not shown that he would suffer torture.
KAG's family had moved from El Salvador to Guatemala because his mother was being harassed by a gang. That harassment continued in Guatemala where his family had relocated and Guatemala is, ostensibly, the place where KAG would, due to his family affiliation, continue to be persecuted. That's why removal to Guatemala was prohibited. The United States acknowl-
edges that Abrego Garcia was subject to a withholding
order forbidding his removal to El Salvador, and that the
removal to El Salvador was therefore illegal. The United
States represents that the removal to El Salvador was the
result of an “administrative error.”
Not if he runs for POTUSOh, you mean justice. Its coming in spades for the asshat.
you cut and pasted something. "wow". you are a legal "expert!"This is the text from the conclusion of the removal hold order. See page 49 of this PDF

Meanwhile, back in reality he's likely going to be Leroy's *i*chNot if he runs for POTUS

From the article
He is the only one they found? If it was such a huge operation over that many years, why don't they have others?
