Judge: Trump signed court document that knowingly included false voter fraud stats

I see
So it’s ok for the jackass to lie to the court (along with lying to everyone else) because someone else did it. Is that about right?
We both know that’s BS.
Of course it is BS but it isn't any more BS than turning a blind eye to it when it suits you politically.

So lying is permitted based upon some arbitrary standard of significance?
who said that?

Please reply to explain :
Trump knew the Big Lie was exactly that, a lie. So you see any importance in that?

No, you don't. You're just repeating more of Trump's bullshit, all because your guy lost. It's sad and pathetic.
Sounds like you are in favor of illegal changes to voting laws, as long as it helps your party. Such a person would look the other way, like you are doing, when presented with facts that such things happened in the election.

Thanks for that example, and confirming that you know the election was tampered with.

This is the election where they claimed that a pipe burst and they had to stop counting votes, right? That turned out to be a lie. And they said they would stop counting in Fulton county at 10:30PM, for no reason given, and then continued counting, in secret, until 1:00AM.

Sure, nothing to investigate here, totally cool.

That has to do with everyone that believed Trump colluded with Russia were all lying how?

Look, I know you all have to divert and deflect when I point out how I can say you were all "lying" about Trump colluding with Russia.

How many times do I have to go over this with far-left-wingers? IF you assert that Trump is lying about the election being fraudulent, then it necessarily follows that all of you were "lying" about Trump colluding with Russia. A belief can never be a lie. Tell a Muslim he is a liar. Tell a Christian he is a liar. tell a Scientologist he is a liar. Those groups and many others, including far-left liberals, can be mistaken, but a firmly held belief is never a lie.
He still is colluding with them. He is doing exactly as they had asked in him to do in the event of a loss in 2016 election. Vilifying the media and making baseless claims about election fraud with the objective of undermining faith in our institutions so they can better exploit them. Note that Trump has been absolutely mum on Putin's war crimes in Ukraine. Putin could start building concentration camps and gas chambers and Trump still would not say anything about it. He can't. He's in too deep to stop now because he knows they have the goods on him.

No such proof exists. You're a victim of your own bias and misinformation.

A 100 year pandemic was in full swing. The rules were changed to better accomodate voters and make voting safer for them. And by the way, it was done for all voters, not just democrats.

We can't help it if Trump lied to his supporters and scared them out of voting by mail. You all had the same rules and opportunities to vote.

How can anyone knowingly include stats that have never been investigated? This thing has gotten out of hand.
Just can't puzzle that out, eh? Bummer for you.

That's right, nothing there, you are regurgitating fantasies.

If someone did lie in order to get a FISA warrant that’s wrong. If the jackass signed legal paperwork and submitted it as true when it was in fact untrue that’s a crime.
That’s the way it works.

What do you mean "if"? They did and it is not even debatable that they did... and nothing happened. No one was held accountable then so good luck trying to convince people that they should somehow be outraged over the exact same thing now.

Sorry, not sorry.

So you agree to stipulate that the jackass illegally presented false documents (ie he lied) to the court. Is that correct?

What exactly are you claiming, "has never been investigated."
No kidding. The 2020 election was the most scrutinized election in our history.

I think fmw wants a congressional investigation. After all the other investigations failed. And then, after that came up empty, I suppose he'd want the investigators investigated.

I don't know if he did or if he didn't yet. But IF he did then I want to see an equal application of the law. Right now that means one of two things:

1. They let it slide and do nothing.

2. They prosecute Trump but they ALSO go back and prosecute everyone who signed off on those FISA warrants.

Since we both know damn well that they are never going to prosecute anyone who signed those FISA warrants, equal justice under the law can only mean option 1. If you or anyone else doesn't like it, too bad. What goes around comes around.

That's nonsense. Why don't you go way back in history to find things?

The FISA warrants are irrelevant. Justice isn't a transaction.

Trust me when Garland prosecutes Trump this will be nothing more than a piece of evidence in a much bigger case to defraud the American people and subvert a Constitutionally certified election.

When were those FISA warrants signed? If memory serves me, Trump's DOJ had ample time to do something about it. Whatever they failed to do is not on Biden's DOJ to catch up. There is an old saying, you snooze, you lose. Do you actually think if a republican wins in '24 that a republican DOJ will prosecute Trump or his allies? If we don't get it done now, it may never happen. Most of us understand this.

The people who signed those warrants lied to the court. They were never charged or prosecuted.

I care as much about Trump getting charged for lying to the court as you care about the people who signed those FISA warrants getting(not getting) charged for lying to the court.

Yep, they've got him this time. I can just feel it...

They were signed before Trump even took office so your "point" kind of moots itself.

I am not aware of any other time the DOJ has investigated him for serious criminal activities. It's amazing how law-abiding, patriotic Americans are willing to overlook his criminal behaviour. Unauthorized possession of classified material, defying a lawfully executed subpoena, lying to the courts, falsifying documents.....hey no biggie. He is Trump after all he can do as he wishes and Trumpers agree.

He will be charged and the charges will be serious....but it will be up to a jury and then it's a crap shoot.

Your hero is going down for the many crimes he has committed. You can add this to the growing list because you know the DOJ will.

This doesn't have anything to do with Trump lying to a court.
