Now you are just lying.Falsehood means lie
Now you are just lying.Falsehood means lie
If you had been paying attention, I provided the exact § that the Judge read.
You are wrong.
It is known, or should have known.
:1 to make an untrue statement with intent to deceive
2: to create a false or misleading impression
Zimmerman knew it was false, and allowed the creation of a misleading impression
Lie - Definition and More from the Free Merriam-Webster Dictionary
And there you have it.
You are assuming that was his intention.
The Judge hasn't at this point.
Secondly. If you had been paying attention, it is very possible that Shelly wasn't lying at that time.
Zimmerman can't sit back like a potted plant....and let his wife testify falsely... when he knew well in advance of that hearing the amounts of money in controversy. nor can he allow his atty to stand up and make misrepresentations...and he can't sit back and obtain the benefit of a lower bond...based upon those material falsehoods"
There's no video in your link.PAY ATTENTION!
That is a reporters description!
I provided a link to the video of the Judge speaking.
I also provided an exact quote of what the Judge said.
There's no video in your link.
Now, tell me, if the judge didn't say Zimmerman engaged in "material falsehood" about his finances to misled the court in bail hearing, on what ground did the judge revoke his bond and ordered him return to jail?
Please explain because I'm not privy to the jail house secret code exchange thang.
Now it comes back full circle to what was originally said.Of course it was his intent.
Do you think he *accidently* keep his mouth shut? :cuckoo:
Wrong! xxxThere's no video in your link.
No he didn't.The judge did say that Zimmerman did engage in a a material falsehood.
I provided what the Judge read.the judge reads the law which says that there's no difference between testifying falsely and allowing another person to testify falsely on their behalf.
Now it comes back full circle to what was originally said.
Two things here.
If they did not understand, or believe, that this needed to be reported, there is no deception.
And the handling of the funds at that point and onward, suggests that their was no intent to deceive.
That is what you do not want to understand, and what the Judge will later determine.

???Zimmerman did know
No he didn't.
I provided what the Judge read.
You are wrong!
Any person who intentionally provides false or misleading material information or intentionally omits material information in connection with an application for bail or for modification of bail is guilty of a misdemeanor or felony which is one degree less than that of the crime charged for which bail is sought, but which in no event is greater than a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
Intent dude! Intent!
And if anyone is concerned - Zimmerman is back in custody.
They can even start a thread about it. Hint, hint.
You don't seem to understand what intent means
Zimmerman kept his mouth shut while others testified falsely when the law required that he speak up and tell the truth. That wasn't an accident. He was in full control of his decision to not say anything. It was intentional
Who testified falsely?
I kinda figure out Exxcon was engaging in dishonest debate even though I couldn't get to the video he was talking about. The judge did say that Zimmerman did engage in a a material falsehood. The dishonest argument being made is that because Zimm wasn't the one who actually spoke the falsehood, that means he wasn't a part of misleading the court, even though in the video, the judge reads the law which says that there's no difference between testifying falsely and allowing another person to testify falsely on their behalf.
Question is, why was he in a hurry to renew the passport if he wasn't fixing to go anywhere abroad amid a murder case?pages 26 and 27
zimmerman's wife's testimony that she is unaware of an amount realized via the web site
Zimmerman April 20, 2012 Hearing Transcript
one page 7 will be found o'mara's producing zimmerman's "... only passport that he has", which was to expire may 2012
Try to keep up
Question is, why was he in a hurry to renew the passport if he wasn't fixing to go anywhere abroad amid a murder case?
No... that would be you.You don't seem to understand what intent means
Zimmerman kept his mouth shut while others testified falsely when the law required that he speak up and tell the truth. That wasn't an accident. He was in full control of his decision to not say anything. It was intentional
You kinda figured out wrongly. Duh! :dohI kinda figure out Exxcon was engaging in dishonest debate ...
Is this an act, or are you really this inept?... even though I couldn't get to the video he was talking about.
He wasn't.Question is, why was he in a hurry to renew the passport if he wasn't fixing to go anywhere abroad amid a murder case?
Don't be too defensive. The fact that the judge revoked his bail means he is dishonest.
