Judge revokes bail for George Zimmerman in Trayvon Martin case [W:124]

And there you have it.

You are assuming that was his intention.
The Judge hasn't at this point.

Secondly. If you had been paying attention, it is very possible that Shelly wasn't lying at that time.

Of course it was his intent.

Do you think he *accidently* keep his mouth shut? :cuckoo:

Zimmerman can't sit back like a potted plant....and let his wife testify falsely... when he knew well in advance of that hearing the amounts of money in controversy. nor can he allow his atty to stand up and make misrepresentations...and he can't sit back and obtain the benefit of a lower bond...based upon those material falsehoods"

PAY ATTENTION!

That is a reporters description!

I provided a link to the video of the Judge speaking.
I also provided an exact quote of what the Judge said.
There's no video in your link.

Now, tell me, if the judge didn't say Zimmerman engaged in "material falsehood" about his finances to misled the court in bail hearing, on what ground did the judge revoke his bond and ordered him return to jail?

Please explain because I'm not privy to the jail house secret code exchange thang.

The judge did say that Zimmerman did engage in a a material falsehood. The dishonest argument being made is that because Zimm wasn't the one who actually spoke the falsehood, that means he wasn't a part of misleading the court, even though in the video, the judge reads the law which says that there's no difference between testifying falsely and allowing another person to testify falsely on their behalf.

Now it comes back full circle to what was originally said.

Two things here.

If they did not understand, or believe, that this needed to be reported, there is no deception.

And the handling of the funds at that point and onward, suggests that their was no intent to deceive.

That is what you do not want to understand, and what the Judge will later determine.

No he didn't.

I provided what the Judge read.
You are wrong!

Zimmerman did know

Intent dude! Intent!

And if anyone is concerned - Zimmerman is back in custody.

They can even start a thread about it. Hint, hint.

You don't seem to understand what intent means

Zimmerman kept his mouth shut while others testified falsely when the law required that he speak up and tell the truth. That wasn't an accident. He was in full control of his decision to not say anything. It was intentional

Who testified falsely?

I kinda figure out Exxcon was engaging in dishonest debate even though I couldn't get to the video he was talking about.

Question is, why was he in a hurry to renew the passport if he wasn't fixing to go anywhere abroad amid a murder case?

i think the fellow had reason to be scared (new location, no longer with his spouse) ... besides, his passport required a may renewal
just look at how negatively biased the media has been
and then there is the threat of the new black panthers

No... that would be you.

Because it is quite possible that they did not believe that those funds needed to be reported.

But you wont admit that because your argument depends on you falsely reading what actually occurred in the hearing.

I kinda figure out Exxcon was engaging in dishonest debate ...
You kinda figured out wrongly. Duh! :doh
Your cohort is the one being dishonest.

... even though I couldn't get to the video he was talking about.
Is this an act, or are you really this inept?

Instructions for dolphinocean.

Go to the link in the OP.
Click it.
Wait for it to load.
There are three video's on that page.
Click on the second one.

Listen to the Judges words.

Or in the alternative.

Go to post #63. And #165 in which I provided exactly what the judge cited. RULE 3.131. §5 of PRETRIAL RELEASE rules.

Then go to post #173 where I provided exactly what the judge said about material falsehoods, and provided a link to the actual video of him saying it.
A post that you ****en quoted in post #184, and 21 posts later claim that no link was provided even though you quoted it. :doh

And you want to figure someone else is engaged in dishonest debate. :doh
That would be you.

Question is, why was he in a hurry to renew the passport if he wasn't fixing to go anywhere abroad amid a murder case?
He wasn't.

If you had been following along, you would have known that.

Excon, the judge believes Zimmerman intentionally misled him... you're not doing anything but playing semantics

Don't be too defensive. The fact that the judge revoked his bail means he is dishonest.

LOL... so has the judge said anything about allowing bail a second time? He already waived his right to speedy trial, so if the judge doesn't allow bail Zimmerman is ****ed. He is going to be sitting in jail for at least a year.
