My belief is that you know little if anything about this trial. for instance tell us what were the lies that he told. How many times did he tell the lies and how long did he continue to lie? What did the plaintiff's claim happened to the lives because of the lies? Did the lies make it harder for them to find work? Did they have to move because of harassment where they lived? Did they receive death threats? If so how many and for how long? Were they still getting death threats? On and on. You know. The stuff you'd learn if you ever read any of the court documents. Do you watch a news source that shows you court documents or do you watch Fox and just have them tell you what they want you to know?Absurd judgement of $150 million that naturaly liberals love because it ruins the life of their political opponent.
God I hate defending Gulliani because he's a verifiable screwball but this is beyond ridiculous.
dont expect a reply. And if you do get a reply, you wont get any answers. My belief is that you know little if anything about this trial. for instance tell us what were the lies that he told. Do you know how Rudy behaved during the trial. This has a lot to do with how a jury looks at the defendant. Did he keep lying about the plaintiffs even while the trial was doing on.
Of course not knowing the facts makes it a lot easier to have an opinion.
Ron Paul, Rand's daddy, ran under the Libertarian Party ticket in the '88 presidential election, and then threw his hat in the ring for POTUS again in '08.Look at the history of the Libertarian party candidates and name some from memory. Here's my list of them below:
1. ?
2. ?
3. ?
4. ?
5. ?
I see a precedence that warns national traitors against betraying their country to the point where they would put law-abiding American citizens at risk just to help their traitorous candidate cheat American democracy.
Were it me? Considering that I am a twenty-year Retired combat-Veteran Marine of two wars and lesser-thans, I'm guessing what you might think what I would think justified against national traitors.
The judgement amount was arrived at by a jury.
"As the allegations spread, Freeman received emails, text messages and threatening phone calls, and strangers showed up at her house, the lawsuit said. The FBI concluded on Jan. 6, 2021, that she wasn’t safe at home, and she relocated for two months. She abandoned her business selling clothing.
Moss’ teenage son was bombarded with threatening messages after harassers found her old phone number, which he was using, the lawsuit said. Because she previously lived with her grandmother, the lawsuit said, strangers showed up at her grandmother’s house at least twice and tried to enter to make a “citizen’s arrest.”

Georgia election workers settle defamation lawsuit against conservative website
Two Georgia election workers have reached a settlement in their defamation lawsuit against a Missouri-based website that falsely accused them of fraud in the 2020 presidential election.apnews.com
"Giuliani had consented to much of the order, but he objected to allowing them to sue Trump for the funds until after the election." ~ emphasis mine
These patriotic poll workers, and their innocent family members, were subject to loss of employment, threats, intimidation, and defamation by Giuliani's false accusations. Their lives have been ruined, and you run cover for the now disbarred perpetrator of their suffering. Shame on you.
The above is not comparable to this jury decision in any way, shape or form. Not even close.
But your feeble false equivalency is noted.
Speaking only for myself, I can feel very good about future ramifications, because those might include silencing the libelous LIARS like Trump and Rudy. There should be serious consequences to ruining people's lives with LIES, and its nice to see the system occasionally works in the victims favor.
If our system of justice is at all functional, he will go to prison.
I do, but not because he is a political opponent - because he is a criminal. That's how our system is supposed to work. Being in politics is not a get out of jail free card.Says the lib who wants to imprison their political opponent.
Apparently the JURY disagrees with your dismissal of the defendant's suffering, and their family's.Again, $150 million is outlandish for threats and harrassment. The overwhelming majority of people who suffer actual violence receive a fraction of that amount.
You have no evidence that the JURY was composed of liberals. None whatsoever. As it stands, have at him. He's a looney goofball and means nothing except for the precedence you and the other liberals can only see 2 inches in front of your face.
I'm happy to say that, if I have a side, it isn't the side that persistently LIES about people until they are targeted by extremist cult cowards, who would threaten civil servants and their families for no more reason than doing their jobs. If that's the side that you're on, I'm happy to have nothing to do with it.This will eventually come back to bite your side and bite back hard.
Is he the one that tilted the election results?Ron Paul, Rand's daddy, ran under the Libertarian Party ticket in the '88 presidential election, and then threw his hat in the ring for POTUS again in '08.
I hope some day the bastard ends up the same way.Strange how everyone that hooks up with Trump and does his bidding winds up broke and/or in prison.
Good. Overreach should earn a bite.Strange how it's always at the hand of liberals using liberal judges in liberal districts with overwhelming liberal jury pools.
Sooner or later this will come back to bite your side in the ass like every other time your side over reaches.
You don't have the slightest clue what you are talking about.Again, $150 million is outlandish for threats and harrassment. The overwhelming majority of people who suffer actual violence receive a fraction of that amount.
As it stands, have at him. He's a looney goofball and means nothing except for the precedence you and the other liberals can only see 2 inches in front of your face. This will eventually come back to bite your side and bite back hard.
Says the lib who wants to imprison their political opponent.
Yeah, the fact that he's been found guilty on 34 felonies means nothing, right?Says the lib who wants to imprison their political opponent.
That is false.Strange how it's always at the hand of liberals using liberal judges in liberal districts with overwhelming liberal jury pools.
