Judge orders Giuliani to hand over assets to Georgia election workers

Is that why his assets have all been turned over for disposal?

Including his watch collection, to include his grandfather's watch?

That's gotta hurt.

I'm sure fruitcake boy is crying in his pillow.

Poor, crazy Rudy. Another in along line of suckers who ruined their lives by cozying up to Felon Donald. Tragic waste.
But fun to watch.

Sadly for Rudi, Trump does not give one iota of a **** about this. I would be absolutely shocked if Trump will pay the $2 million in legal bills. I hope Rudi will be reduced to offering hand jobs on a street corner to pay the bills.
I just got a mental image of that. Thanks Middleground!

But fun to watch.
I keep wondering how these people don't see it. They do it to themselves. Trump routinely tosses idiots under the bus when he no longer has use for them, but there is an endless line of sycophants who believe it will be somehow different for them. How did so many Americans become so gullible and irrational? How did so many come to disdain the rule of law?

Mobster mentality.

They think it won't happen to them, personally. They're the boss's #1 guy.

You believe Trump's words and actions are defensible?

$150 million judgements for 2 poll workers because they had some mean and untrue things said about them is lunacy. You'll see what kind of precedence this sets.

Perhaps Tulsi Gabbard and Jill Stein should sue Hillary Clinton for $150 million each for defaming them by calling them Russian assets. Perhaps Trump could sue the 50 intelligence officials for interfering in the last election by claiming Hunter's laptop story was Russian disinfo.

You seeing where this can go or are you and every other liberal here fine with it because for 5 minutes you can feel good without thinking about future ramifications?

Do you want to show precedence for an award that size for defamation?

I'm not aware of any case it can be compared to. Damage awards are based on the damage done - and I'm not aware of any defamation case where the plaintiffs were so significantly damaged, aside from the Alex Jones case.

***im beginning to see the future. I see no MAGA/republikans coming to this thread***

Oh, wow.

I'm a twenty-year Marine and I can't figure out what "***im" means.

Look at the history of the Libertarian party candidates and name some from memory. Here's my list of them below:
1. ?
2. ?
3. ?
4. ?
5. ?

.......“I cannot say what specifically will take place,” Kutti is heard telling Freeman in the recording. “I just know that it will disrupt your freedom," she said, "and the freedom of one or more of your family members.”

“You are a loose end for a party that needs to tidy up,” Kutti continued. She added that “federal people” were involved, without offering specifics.

“If you don't tell everything,” Freeman recalled Kutti saying, “you're going to jail.”

Growing suspicious, Freeman said she jumped up from her chair and told Kutti: “The devil is a liar,” before calling for an officer......

Unlike what those election workers had to endure.....

.....he wont need to go into hiding fearing for his life.

Guess we should all be happy that everyone doesn't believe as maga does, trial by combat & executions would undoubtedly be messy.

I see a precedence that warns national traitors against betraying their country to the point where they would put law-abiding American citizens at risk just to help their traitorous candidate cheat American democracy.

Were it me? Considering that I am a twenty-year Retired combat-Veteran Marine of two wars and lesser-thans, I'm guessing what you might think what I would think justified against national traitors.

Absurd judgement of $150 million that naturaly liberals love because it ruins the life of their political opponent.

God I hate defending Gulliani because he's a verifiable screwball but this is beyond ridiculous.
It was a bit more than mean and untrue things....

The election workers thought the accusations were beyond ridiculous as well.

The judgement amount was arrived at by a jury.

"As the allegations spread, Freeman received emails, text messages and threatening phone calls, and strangers showed up at her house, the lawsuit said. The FBI concluded on Jan. 6, 2021, that she wasn’t safe at home, and she relocated for two months. She abandoned her business selling clothing.

Moss’ teenage son was bombarded with threatening messages after harassers found her old phone number, which he was using, the lawsuit said. Because she previously lived with her grandmother, the lawsuit said, strangers showed up at her grandmother’s house at least twice and tried to enter to make a “citizen’s arrest.”

"Giuliani had consented to much of the order, but he objected to allowing them to sue Trump for the funds until after the election." ~ emphasis mine

These patriotic poll workers, and their innocent family members, were subject to loss of employment, threats, intimidation, and defamation by Giuliani's false accusations. Their lives have been ruined, and you run cover for the now disbarred perpetrator of their suffering. Shame on you.

The above is not comparable to this jury decision in any way, shape or form. Not even close.
But your feeble false equivalency is noted.
You seeing where this can go or are you and every other liberal here fine with it because for 5 minutes you can feel good without thinking about future ramifications?
Speaking only for myself, I can feel very good about future ramifications, because those might include silencing the libelous LIARS like Trump and Rudy. There should be serious consequences to ruining people's lives with LIES, and its nice to see the system occasionally works in the victims favor.

Strange how it's always at the hand of liberals using liberal judges in liberal districts with overwhelming liberal jury pools.

Sooner or later this will come back to bite your side in the ass like every other time your side over reaches.
You do the crime...
