Man, this stuff has just gotten stupid. There is nothing here. Obama will not be found to have done anything illegal. Trump will not be found to have had any connections to Russians trying to influence our elections. This is just mud being tossed around by a lot of unemployed political insiders desperately seeking employment.

By the way, I'd be surprised but not shocked if the FBI finds some collusion between Manafort and the Russians. Campaign related? Maybe. Still, it is likely the reason that the Trump campaign fired him and that is enough separation to absolve the Trump admin. Whether they knew or were just being cautious, who the hell knows. Nothing will come of any of it in terms of political consequences.

This goes back to my original premise. I think the leaks and the constant storylines are half-truths and attempts to incite by the political class who got shut down in this last election cycle. Think of the Obama folks running around who figured they'd have some sort of possible role in a new Clinton admin, but that are now out of work. All the Republican campaign insiders who got the crap beat out of them and are unemployable for the foreseeable future. These people are all desperate for work, money, and attention. Plus, they all probably have their own axes to grind. As such, we are getting these leaks and sensational stories and most of it (maybe all of it) will amount to squat. That's my opinion on all this. I think Trump should shut the hell up and stop making a jack ass of himself. The media should go find a real story and report on what is actually happening rather than speculating on every shiny penny they see on the floor. The Democrats need to lower the volume of their insane ravings from the current 11 to a more respectable 5 or 5 1/2. What this town needs is an enema!

Fox News Channel has pulled legal analyst Andrew Napolitano from the air after disavowing his on-air claim that British intelligence officials had helped former President Barack Obama spy on Donald Trump.

A person with knowledge of the situation who spoke on condition of anonymity because it was a personnel matter said Napolitano has been benched and won't be appearing on the air in the near future. Fox had no immediate comment Monday.

Napolitano's report last week on "Fox & Friends," saying he had three intelligence sources who said Obama went "outside the chain of command" to watch Trump, provoked an international incident. Britain dismissed the report as "nonsense" after White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer quoted it in a briefing, part of the administration's continued defense of Trump's unproven contention that Obama had wiretapped him at Trump Tower during the 2016 presidential campaign.​

Fox got busted propogating fake news and couldn't cover this one up with plausible deniability so they had to let him go. But notice how they say he's let go just for now so they can bring him back for future lies. :lol:

Trump tweeted/"ran with it" a week prior to Napolitano being on fox. You blame trump for running with Napolitano's Fox comments. Yet on the left all things pass away and now Aires has been pushing his socialist/communism for decades as a professor. And he and his wife were the ones who opened their home to donors for Obama's run for state senator. There was Obama's church leader with ties to Louis Farrakhan, Jeremiah Wright. Democratic Socialists orgs. backed Obama. No one knew what Obama meant by "change" but the socialists did, but because McCain didn't want to go there most Americans didn't know.

Johnson was just one source for Napolitano's comments. Johnson for most of his career was on the left side of the aisle. He worked in the CIA for a few years then moved to counter intelligence at the State Dept. He often contributed articles to the NYT and went on Larry King Live and other left leaning settings etc. He was a strong advocate against Obama but not because he was a big supporter of McCain but rather Clinton.

So who are the other two sources Napolitano claimed?

Do you find it odd that Napolitano was pulled from Fox and at the same time Johnson's blog on the web is no longer available? Try NoquarterUSA. It isn't available. Been up and running since 2006 from the info I am getting. Even won awards. But now it is no more.
