Judge Hands Gavin Newsom Control of National Guard in Blow to Trump

Judge Breyer is hardly objective, being Clinton appointee.
By your above measure, all federal judges are incapable of being objective.
Once it goes up the chain he, like others, will be overturned.
What’s the score on injunctions won on appeal by the current Traitor Trump administration? 🤔
No one bitched when Eisenhower and Kennedy did the same thing to enforce civil right laws. Well, individuals bitched, but no one was dumb enough to take it to court.
“Dumb”, really dumb, is any attempt to compare Eisenhower and Kennedy’s use of NG forces to enforce federal integration law and protect black folks in states with horrific histories of violence against them and their ancestors with the ongoing dispute between Newsom and Traitor Trump.
I might add that when Abbot of Texas was using the Guard to enforce border control, Dems tried to get Biden to federalize the Texas guard under HIS control. I guarantee none of you would have been concerned in THAT case.
SCOTUS ruled in Biden’s favor. Biden chose not to federalize the Texas NG.

It isn't, if you read the rulings, some of which have come from the Supreme Court as well.
The issue is the Democrat campaign of filing lawsuits as a means of nullification of the election.
They lost an election, sure. To complain about litigation considering it's Trump's preferred way to settle things is worth a chuckle.
Trump using lawsuits in his business career has nothing to do with the Democrats anti Constitutional lawsuit blitz.
Well that's what many of these lawsuits have been about, specifically perceived overreaches of executive power. You should know this because all of the Project 2025 folks in the administration have been pushing the unitary executive theory and are taking their shots.
There is no way to get to 350 lawsuits in 6 months with a focus on broad overreaches of Executive power. The vast majority are complaints about things like the Trump administration delayed grant money to review the expenditure or ICE enforcement near schools. There are even lawsuits contesting disclosure of information between offices of the executive branch. It's abuse of the judicial system for Democrat obstructionism.

Incorrect. None of the lawsuits nullify the results of the election.

It does when he fills his DOJ with ex-personal lawyers.
:)

This whole idea of the lawsuits being unconstitutional is absurd, since they are challenging the legality of some of the EOs. That's exactly what the legal system is for, and the judiciary is one of the checks and balances the founders put in place so we don't end up with a leader who decides to pass an EO declaring prima nocta with a legal challenge.

Sure, because many of the actions of the current administration were designed to be a full frontal assault on how things have been normally done by testing the legal limits of a wide array of existing policies and procedures. The Project 2025 folks designed it this way and meant to overwhelm the legal system so it couldn't react to everything, but they're finding out there was more resistance than planned.

Ninth Circuit issues a unanimous stay of Lower Court decision on the grounds that the Trump administration appeal is likely to succeed.

This has no bearing on deployment of regular military, though I'm not sure who would have standing in such a case challenging that deployment since I believe the regular military are being stationed on federal property, not on public streets.

Sounds dangerous. Who’s doing the raking now?
How many violent protests have there been and how many Federal buildings have been attacked since the NG was deployed?
