Jindal has no future in GOP politics

It's been suggested by some media outlets that romney is considering Jindal as a possible VP pick.

The simple answer to that is yes he should, if he wants to commit political suicide. If jindal is picked, all the Dems would have to do is expose Jindal's real first name--Piyush--to the American public, and voila, Romney is history.

GOP voters are mostly bigots and won't stand for anyone they suspect doesn't meet the definition of what they consider an "American"--and that's someone who is either White or Black with a boring American-sounding surname like John or Mitt. Jindal's ethnicity, however, is Indian--his parents are immigrants from India, and Jindal's real name is Piyush.

The only reason Jindal won the Governorship of LA is because they were duped into thinking Jindal's actual real first name is Bobby and that he's a White man with dark skin, because that's what Rush Limbaugh told them.

However, Rush is not a God (despite what many GOPers believe), and while he may be able to dupe the conservative voters in one state into believing something false, he won't manage to do that for the whole country. When it comes out that Jindal's first name is Piyush and that the reason for his dark skin is due to his Indian ethnicity, GOPers everywehre will jump up and down and scream "raghead."

Why don't I buy this line of reasoning? Consider Obama's middle name..... Hussein. Americans elected him. If you assume that Republicans won't stand behind him, then you are taking the view that Republicans are racists for granted without thinking.

OK, this thread is already completely derailed. Is there any evidence of Bush going on top secret missions? Did he even claim to have done that? I'm not aware of ANY evidence or claims that Bush did a bunch of Top Secret missions.

It sounds like the bizarre conspiracy theory about Obama going on secret CIA time travel missions to Mars, cleverly disguised with the alias "Barry Soetoro."

Basically, Johnny, I'm giving you a chance to redeem yourself. Find anything. Even find Bush claiming to have done this, and we can at least say it's semi-possible.
George Bush' father was head of the CIA before he became president, so I am sure he was very much involved in what the CIA did. As for George Bush himself, I have no idea, one way or the other.

The "conservatives don't like brown people" narrative is so tired. It's just not true about most of them. Just like MOST liberals do not hate southern white Walmart shopping Christians.

FWIW, I usually side with conservatives and I find the "half breed" thing in this thread offensive. That poster does not represent a majority of conservatives I know in fact I would thing most conservatives in this thread are embarrassed by his foolishness.

But broad brushing the whole GOP is wrong, and bad debate.

Good post..I was a republican for decades and never had any hate for brown people...I knew too many damn good ones throughout my life and experiences...and Ive known alot of scumbag whiteguys....good is good bad is bad and color is NOT an indicator

This is about Bobcat's. Despite your desperate attempts to make it all about Liberals, there are racists on the right.

There are racists on all sides. Many american blacks are very racist. Why else would 98% vote for obama? its a racist vote, accept it for what it is.

The term half-breed may be offensive (and I agree that it is) but its not racist.

yes, it is racist. if it wasn't racist, folks wouldn't use it to offend & provoke.

Is Halle Berry a half-breed? Or is she bi-racial, multi racial, or something else? what term would you prefer? Why are you offended by WORDS?

GHWB, yes. He knew a lot.

GWB, I have my doubts about his involvement in anything top secret. (Before becoming President)

When you use a term you know is offensive, it shouldn't be up to somebody else to explain why it is offensive, but up to you to explain why you use it so knowingly.

Despite whatever copout you might come up with to try to weasel out.

Dan Rather and CBS lied about that. It cost Rather his career.

Apparenlty the Pentagon lied, too. Is there no end to the pefidity of those liberal Pentagon rascals?

Probably laugh it off. Many people are not offended by words.

Are you still a child?

You sure do insist on trying to shift the responsibility for your intentionally demeaning words to the other party instead of taking any responsibility, yourself.

I understand that in our politically correct culture that words are deemed offensive, but actions are not. We cannot say "muslim terrorists", we cannot say "black radicals", we cannot say "gay activitsts", But we can call conservatives all the names in the book and no one calls foul on that. We need get over the PC foolishness. Its juvenile.

The persecution complex is strong with this one.

Who says you can't say "muslim terrorists?" I wouldn't take offense if that person were indeed both. I hear that and "gay activist" all the time.

Obama and his minions will not use those terms. They might hurt someones feeeeeeeeeeeeeelings. War on terror, is another term that they refuse to use.

the Ft Hood murders by a muslim in the name of islam were "workplace violence" to the PC obama administration. It was a muslim terrorist attack. They should call it what it was. AND, it could have been prevented if the Army was allowed to profile potential murderers like Hasan. People should not die due to political correctness.

here's a thought: how about we not define people by their racial background?

works for me. how about we get the black population to vote on principle rather than skin color? and don't try to tell me that 98% of blacks agree with obama's politics.

it seems like you are trying to say that only one side of the political spectrum is racist. that is ignoring the facts.

Now,can we move on? after all this thread is about Jindal.

I don't really think its appropriate or consistent for you to judge the black community for being too focused on race.

No offense, but can you please stop making conservatives look like the racists this thread portrays them as?

stating facts does not make one racist. It is a fact that 98% of blacks voted for obama. the racism is in that vote, not in my repeating it.

not "judging" anyone, just stating facts. what is it about facts that bothers you?
