Jim Comey's own words justify Bill Barr's review

As far as I can tell he did not establish a link between the Russian government and the Trump campaign. Rather, he uncovered what we all suspected about obstruction of justice. But, then we go back to, why would you obstruct justice if there was nothing to hide?

Mueller was not hunting for Collusion. He WAS hunting for Coordination by virtue of the Rosenstein Charging Order and even had to define it for purposes of his investigators as Coordination is not a defined crime in the Federal Code just as Collusion is not. So Mueller was looking for Coordination at least within the constraints he himself defined and Conspiracy. Thats it. So we can stop the nonsense of Mueller not finding Collusion. He was not looking for it. He was not charged with looking for it and he therefore made no effort to even define it for purposes of Investigation. Mueller set a very high bar for Coordination in his definition by the way, typical for a Federal Prosecutor.

As for Comey throwing Brennan under the bus. I don't see how he can. All of the authorities for the FISA Warrants everybody always yammers about were within the authorities of the FBI. What is Comey going to say? Is he going to say that he simply transferred to the CIA Director his responsibilities as FBI Director? How does that help Comey? No matter what Brennan did or didn't do, there is simply no way for Comey to throw him under the bus. There is not even a rational for doing so. Its just more dust thrown in the air by Trumpets and Fox News Nightly Programming goons.

Please name what the FISA warrant was premised on.

We don't know and we won't know until and unless we see versions of the FISA Warrant requests that are not redacted. It is not clear to me that we should ever see those. But Durham should.

I should add that it does not matter if all the sign offs all the way through the chain of command were sought and granted and all the processes in the FISA procedure which you can just download and read if you want to were followed.

We are going to find out WHAT?

As long as all the sign offs all the way up the chain of command where sought and granted and all the procedures were followed...then what...go after the FISA Court Judge? Good luck with that.

Comey is a dirty agent along with his agents that he didn’t manage very well.
 
After this I don’t think that the Federal Bureau Of Investigation has any respectable credibility as a Federal Department. You have crooked agents that tried to influence the republic. Our constitutional right to vote should be in question because I’m sorry but enough of pointing the finger to trump or whatever. Let’s figure out how to stop buying op research and whatever

So Comey is the first easy target, and is likely to see the inside of a cell for “First Degree Murder of the FBI’s Reputation”.

So in the citizens justice system, all participants of the crime are charged equally. I’m not so sure how it works in the special justice system that applies to the elites. Will Comey throw Obama and Cheryl Mills under the bus?

Is this the 4th review or the 5th? How many reports has the vaunted I.G. already submitted? Who's been indicted?

My guess is this is all just to generate smoke for the right wing media nuts.

This is the first review by the AG and the DoJ that is investigating all of the players involved in the Russia hoax.

Call it what you want, but we had to listen to your BS for two years, so now you can listen to ours for awhile.

I suppose you can write to the AG and ask him to stop.

I want Barr to be Barr. It's his legacy - he's pure hack. He's already taking over from Gonzales as worst in my lifetime.

You guys can keep posting, "the obama deep state is going down". But show me the beef. So far all the IG has done is say bad things about McCabe. Where's the beef?

The DoJ will show you the beef. All I have is what the media supplies, just like you. You were wrong on Russia, now you can sit back snd see if I’m wrong about the hoax.

The only beef so far has been Mueller, so yeah, DoJ.

Actually I wasn't wrong on Russia. The Trump campaign was up to its eyeballs with Russia. Read the relevant part of the report. What they couldn't do was PROVE CONSPIRACY, which I never claimed would happen. If you think I did, find it and quote me here. lolz. Meanwhile you can deal with the latest Flynn news.

The Durham thing will drag on into the election, so you can keep talking about it after the IG delivers what is likely to be another round of nothing much.
