The conservatives and many on this forum have been posting this for a long, long time. We were told this would happen with all the ways in which Covid cases and deaths were recorded, count everything you can as Covid.

All the genius types think they thought of something new.
 
This logic applies to the vaccinated just as well. In other words, the VACCINATED individuals who are hospitalized WITH COVID are not necessarily in the hospital BECAUSE OF COVID also.

And yet somehow the unvaccinated still seem to outnumber the vaccinated in hospitals by a whole order of magnitude if not more, despite the majority of the country being vaccinated.

Seems like a statistically significant difference, no? Or did you fail to think things through before posting this and thought it was some kind of massive gotcha?

Did you confirm what you were told?
 
Tapper is correct. Viruses are tricky sorts. When you let politics get into it (as in St. Fauci the Great) things can go sideways in a hurry.

Prediction:

This opens the door to officially revising (adjusting downward?) the COVID-19 hospitalization and death counts under Biden making them become better (instead of worse) than the unrevised (sufficient data was no longer available?) Trump COVID-19 hospitalization and death counts. This, of course, will be announced (and endlessly repeated?) closer to the 2022 midterm elections and be called “the science”.

When you provide financial incentives to for profit operations that they can claim simply by checking a box, this is the obvious and very predictable result.

What's astonishing is that morons like Jake Tapper only now discovered this cause effect relationship.

What's next? Will he discover that when his rating drop by 75% the reason is the content of his show? That may be too much to expect...
