It was supposed to be a dead heat by just about every Polster. Can you imagine what Trump would be doing if Harris had won? This one wasn't close.

And your great grandmother was denied a vote and limited options and there was segregation. Those were the good old days that you want.Like my Democratic great grandfather who served in the MN House of Representatives. He served a two year term, gave to his country, and then went back to his normal life.
How sad that this is true now:
Um....he disowned his MAGA mob as "Antifa" to cast blame elsewhere, then he chastised them as not being what MAGA stands for, then when they began to blame him in court, he shifted to embracing them as political prisoners. I think it's clear enough what his supporters are to him.
As for "cultist" you just wrote that Trump "embodies" the citizens of this country. This felon, sex offender, and highly unethical man, "embodies" the citizens. Nah, no cult here.
Isn’t it sad that you have to tell children to leave the room when the president is being televised for fear of what he might say and the curse words he spewsYou talked of principles and people not coming to conclusions through reason. Aimed at Democrats, of course.
What better way to laugh at that nonsense than to point out the FOX News propaganda machine and Trump microphone blow jobs?
My parents always talked about moving to California.People typically stay in one place because of family, friend, and a job they don't want to quit.
CA is a beautiful place. I go down there twice a year to visit friends and relatives.
Lived there for 27 years. I love the beautiful Northwest and don't want to leave.
Hi! Thanks for thatYou sound like you would be happier in Mississippi
I don’t have class envy. I have more money than I need, but that doesn’t mean I can’t care about others
A good life that I try to make better every day with a good wife and two dogs.My parents always talked about moving to California.
My Dad ~ His family were living in CA & we went to visit them. His brother would call in the winter and tell Dad how nice the weather was in CA.
Mom & Dad meet when Dad was in the Army when he was stationed in Chicago.
Fell in love got married. He was stationed in Germany. Ranked up enough for Mom & me (9 month old) to join him in Germany. (After the war)
1st brother born in Germany. 2nd brother Colorado. 3rd brother Illinois.
Parents & brothers went back to Chicago. I stayed In California.
I stayed with my Dad’s relatives. Got a job as an A&W car hop. No skates.
My Parents, my brothers, Mom’s two sisters & their families ( my cousins) all moved to CA after they sold their homes and packed up their belongings.
Yes, there are many places in CA that are still very beautiful. The big cities just ain’t what they use to be.
Happy to hear you go visit twice a year to visit family & friends.
Glad you are happy with the beautiful Northwest & still visiting friends & relatives. Sounds like a good life.![]()
Not to mention platform whose bases was "play no attention to what I've been doing for the past 3 1/2 years" and declaring "nothing comes other to mind" when asked if she disagreed with Biden.Yes, She was a poor candidate.
Very happy for you, your good wife & two dogs!A good life that I try to make better every day with a good wife and two dogs.

Then don’t talk about the past as being so great . Are you making a threat?Don't pretend to speak for me. Try it again, and see what happens.
Then don’t talk about the past as being so great
You’re the one who said who accused me of having class envySo, you're implying what then?
Don’t flatter yourself ,I mentioned something similar to another poster but most posters here share my viewsWhere did I do that? Thread number.
Better yet, do you have anything to say about the O/P? I noticed your avoidance, deflection to making your posts personally about me.
Forgive me, but I didn’t memorize everything she said.Kamala’s words. Did you vote for her? If so, I expect you’d know what she’s said.
Yeah, I dont think I ever said anything like that. Deuce, you used to be a decent poster, why are you posting blatant idiocy lately?Like the post where he used the phrase "not infallible?"
Right wingers want to destroy the very ideas of expertise and truth, because in that world they can say anything is true. Covid is a deep state superweapon to depopulate the earth, do your own research!!!!
You've literally just claimed that people are arguing that experts are never wrong, when they specifically said they are "not infallible"Yeah, I dont think I ever said anything like that. Deuce, you used to be a decent poster, why are you posting blatant idiocy lately?
Saying they aren't infallible and ignoring bias are different things. Guess which one was occurring? You've literally just claimed that people are arguing that experts are never wrong, when they specifically said they are "not infallible"
I was doing what you were doing, and got you to admit that it's wrong. Thanks.
Neither did I. What Harris said wasn’t memorable, but that particular line was indicative of her attempting to distance herself from her past.Forgive me, but I didn’t memorize everything she said.
Are libruls not capable of understanding english? Conservatives seek tthe best candidates for the job, regardless of gender or skin color. We support based on merit and do not care if the candidate is white, black, green purple, red, or blue with yellow polka dotsSo what you are saying is that women would have to be DEI hires.
?????????That’s why there are so few Republicans in Congress
I can name several women I would have been proud to vote for, inlcuding the likes of Tulsi Gabbard, Condoleeza Rice, Jeane Kirpatrick, Sarah Huckabee, Kristi Noem, etc. The misogyny claim is merely librul butthurt over two poorly chosen librul female candidatesand why we never have had a woman president. Sounds like the definition of misogyny.
Incoherent babble.Says the guy who supports the Republican Party which has become full of a bunch of nut jobs right up to the Speaker of the House who thinks The Ark exhibit is telling the truth by portraying Noah along with dinosaurs on Noah’s Ark.
See above.Viable in Russia. She’s basically a Russian operative.
Incoherent babble.
As a Christian I have never bought into the "earth is about 6000 years old" or "dinosaurs were passengers on the ark" stuff. however do you have any direct quote from Johnson that Johnson believe that? Just having ties with that group is not enough.![]()
New House Speaker Thinks Creationist Museum Is 'Pointing People To The Truth'
An ark replica with dinosaurs "is one way to bring people to this recognition ... that what we read in the Bible are actual historical events,” Mike Johnson said.www.yahoo.com
Speaker Mike Johnson says that the creationist museum helps children understand that the tales in the Bible are "actual historical events." The museum in question depicts dinosaurs as passengers on Noah's Ark. This is what George50 was referring to, sounds like you didn't understand the reference.
In the same interview, Mike Johnson agreed with the idea that dinosaur bones aren't millions of years old, they're the "graveyard of [noah's] flood."
Which means he is a Young Earth Creationist.
Young Earth Creationists are wrong.
What will happen, other than another flip-flop or two?Don't pretend to speak for me. Try it again, and see what happens.
Literally from the link in that post, yes:As a Christian I have never bought into the "earth is about 6000 years old" or "dinosaurs were passengers on the ark" stuff. however do you have any direct quote from Johnson that Johnson believe that? Just having ties with that group is not enough.
“The Ark Encounter is one way to bring people to this recognition of the truth, that what we read in the Bible are actual historical events,” Johnson said in a 2021 interview with Ark Encounter founder Ken Ham
During their discussion, Ham blamed the teaching of “atheistic evolution” for corrupting the youth and leading them to turn away from the church. He argued that instead church leaders and parents need to teach children how to defend church doctrine through biblical study and argument so that they will know and be able to properly argue that “the fossil record wasn’t laid down over millions of years, that’s the graveyard of the flood.”
“To teach them all these things — that’s what’s been missing from the church,” Ham said.
“I think that’s right,” Johnson replied.
