Units from Rockville, Kensington and the surrounding areas responded to the call along with members of the Collapse Rescue Team. Perhaps so, but it is very difficult for me to concede to the possibility of three buildings falling like that...especially with the many, many odd coincidences surrounding everything about that day.

It would just be stupid to cite one guy who says that you're right and then think that that proves anything. Why don't you tally up the number that agree with you and then compare it to the number that don't?
