Your words again will be used to destroy you. And don't insult Hatuey, young apprentice.
***The problem el Capitante is that you're dealing with the master debater; a guy that continually destroys your weak inexperienced and factually wrong attempts to discredit the king. And your lackey boy Hautley always puts foot in mouth way before getting the real deal from yours truly. LOL!
Social Security re-evaluates every 3 years. You go to a doctor of their choosing,
truthfully describe the extent of your current disability are reassessed for the possilbity of benefits. With your
current GAF, you would be denied. Notice the words in bold.
***It started out that SS evaluated every 3 years, but as of late it has been every year. Back when I had first applied for Social Security--they did indeed insist that I visit a doctor of ther choosing. But as time progressed, Social Security decided to send me a 3-page evaluation to be filled out by me and by my doctor of choice, every year. Its gotten to the point where I just fill out my portion and mail it to my Psychiatrist--where he basically rubber-stamps it, and sends it forward to SS. Its been 3 years since I've seen my personal VA psychiatrist. That kind of gives you an idea as to how both the VA and SS have slacked off of bothering people with a total and permanent disability.
In bold. I'm assuming that you are currently under the 100% IU benefit plan. If that is the case you should be receiving $2393 per month,
tax free (I will post links, later to confirm this). PALTRY? And as far as 'never be joining my friends in the tax paying workforce again', you could if you were not cheating the government.
***I use the word paltry in comparing that government entitlement to the $400,000 a year income I would be getting as president of these United states had I not had a history of detrimental psychiatric evaluations. Again, the only one being cheated here is me--in that only my history and an unforgiving society prevents me from attaining my goals, not my abilities.
Social Security does not do this. The SSA will review your medical condition, regardless of what it is, about every 3 years. There is no T&P with the SSA. As far as the VA goes, I will address that, momentarily.
***Call it what you want, but the monies I collect from SSD are rated at the 100% level, as are the monies being received from the VA.
As I stated. for the SSA, this is untrue. And, if you wanted to give back your bennies to the SSA,
all you had to do was tell them you were working.
***You're right, if I wanted to give back to the SSD--all I had to do was to prove to them that I'm employable. Haven't you been listening....both the VA and SS have deemed me to be 'UNEMPLOYABLE'! Need I send you an official copy of that statement before it starts to set in?
:sigh: You know, this thread is quite enjoyable, since I continue to watch you torch yourself.
***I didn't want to have to do this, but I'm going to have to drop you down a level or two to poor boy Hautley's level.
For example, here is the book, from the SSA, on how/why your benefits may be stopped:
How We Decide If You Are Still Disabled
Key points: [/LIST] Seems like several of these apply to you, especially the first and the last.
***Sorry if I didn't take time out to gloss over those urls; I happen to have more important items on my busy agenda.
Now for the VA information on IU benefits. Your post reeked of arrogance: remember, your arrogance is your weakness.
***What you call arrogance--I call an extreme case of self-assuredness, backed up with experience and fact.
So, not only have I proven myself time and time again to you, but it looks like I've made even a stronger case for everyone interested to do the all-American thing by working under the table to help offset the government's criminal activity of over-taxing hard working Americans. Back to the drawing board for you el Capitante; and bring your side kick Hautley along just for kicks. LOL!
