All of which have been addressed and adjudicated.Seriously, Trump has a history of criminal financial shenanigans going back 3 or 4 decades. It's no secret. It's all a matter of public record. He and his "businesses" have already shelled out ten$-of-million$ of dolllar$ in fine$ for his criminal mischief. Anybody can look it up. He has paid million$ in fine$ for everything from tax evasion, to fraud, to libel, to money laundering. Nothing can be said of Biden that even remotely approaches that. Compared to Trump, Biden is squeaky clean.
Again, this issue was raised and was adjudicated. You do understand what the Emoluments Claus refers to ..... right? It has to do with profiting off your businesses while you're in the Oval Office. It's purpose is to prevent corruption. In the past, presidents have put their assets into what is known as a "blind trust", which means that they don't make operating decisions, or run their businesses while sitting in office, because their legislative or executive acts can directly result in personal profit. It prevents having conflicts of interest.

Supreme Court dismisses emoluments cases against Trump
The Supreme Court declined on Monday to hear a case concerning whether former President Donald Trump violated provisions of the Constitution that bar a president from profiting from a foreign government.

Seems more like you are shooting blanks. For example, Jimmy Carter put his peanut farm into just such a "blind trust". Needless to say, Trump did no such thing with his various global holdings, and wound up profiting to the tune of $2.4 BILLION DOLLAR$ by the time he left office. In just one example I can recall, the Saudi's took over entire floors of Trump's hotels, and paid top rates for the rooms, even though nobody ever actually occupied them. That fits the definition of emoluments violations to-a-T.

So, yeah - more corrupt by at least several orders of magnitude.
The losing argument always ends up resorting to ad homs and name calling. That's how you can tell it's the losing argument. Why is it Trump's moronic minions are never bothered by him publicly promising, time after time after time, to release his tax returns like previous presidents have, repeatedly lying that they were being audited when they weren't, and yet right-wing-nut media, and Trump's idiot acolytes, never challenge him on it? Why is that?
