Twenty percent of the US's population is elderly...the retired. That's 20% of approx. 330 million. That's 66 million, approximately.

Now add the cancer survivors, those with compromised immune system (like me), the diabetics, those with chronic heart or lung or kidney or liver disease, etc. and you add another 30-50 million or so.

And how many workers have to join them in quarantine? 20 million for 100 million in quarantine perhaps? If you put these people in facilities that are quarantined, you have to also force the workers who deal with them daily, and they will have to deal with them daily, into quarantine or it won't work. You'd just be putting people in conditions where an outbreak from an infected worker spreads like wildfire. So the workers have to leave their families, if they have them. Etc.....

There's a reason no government tried this, and it's because they thought it out beyond the sharpie on a bar napkin talking point all the way to the very first complication - how to deliver services to these quarantined people for months...

You reverse quarantine the elderly by age and not by testing. You test those with multi-comorbidities (which is lot less of an amount of people than the elderly) before you reverse quarantine them.

DUH! You have to test ALL OF THEM, including medical staff, etc. BEFORE interning them all together. Otherwise you will introduce the virus to the facility and everyone will end up getting it.

Are you suggesting that medical staff are using more 'hospital resources' than are needed to treat patients? Are using them 'improperly?'

If so, source that. Otherwise it's pure BS you made up.

The links proved that other hospital resources, like medical staff and beds are also overwhelmed and there arent enough. What 'high clip' are they being improperly used at? Please explain?

And where do medical staff get more hours in the day?

You have it backward. The population mean is used as a statistic to test the samples. It's like using 50% as the statistic when you test to see if a coin tosses fairly.

This is because counties reported first mostly their "heads" (in person voting which favored Trump) and then reported mostly their "tales" (mail in ballots which favored Biden), and then one looks at the late "samples" (updates) of the mail in ballots (and they were late because they came from big counties which also favored Biden) and tries to argue that it should reflect the population.

So, after more than 30 years of learn some stats at the university level, I can still figure out what Trump minions who file lawsuits and their "experts" cannot grasp
