If David Duke were sued, should he only get a white judge?

Remind me again, what part of the Trump University fraud allegations.....have to do with US Hispanic socioeconomic issues?

2. Trump has a controlling interest in the university.
3. Trump wants to build a wall with Mexico, keeping out illegal Mexican immigrants (other illegal immigrants? Whatevs.)
4. Judge Curiel's parents emigrated to the United States, meaning Curiel has Mexican lineage.
5. Therefore, Trump believes that Curiel would be sympathetic to illegal Mexican immigrants and would therefore oppose said wall, despite having no good reason to believe this.
6. Judge Curiel, it should be reminded, is a naturally born American citizen.
7. Curiel belongs to La Raza Lawyers of Sacramento.
8. This institution shares the words "La Raza" with the reknowned "La Raza Counsil" believed by some to be pro-illegal immigrant. Most people believe these two institutions are one and the same.
9. "La Raza" means "The race" or "The people," therefore it's racist.
10. Therefore Curiel is racist.
11. Therefore Curiel is not fit to sit on the trial for Trump University.

Going by Trump's logic, only a white Christian male can preside over the trial because that may well be the one remaining demographic he hasn't insulted by now.

Wrong. That is an unproven allegation. The vast majority of those who attended are not complaining.

Did they do so legally or illegally? Not that it matters.
As they were citizens of Mexico, so would their children. That would make the Judge a Mexican citizen as well.

This is enough to give the appearance of bias.

Donald Trump claims that the fact that the judge in Trump University case is of Mexican descent, he is incapable of being fair to him as a judge. So, if David Duke were sued, should he only get a white judge?
