In our defence, CBP is for the border, and there’s no border anywhere near LA. In fact, they only showed up there because they needed a place to park their cars.

They aren’t supposed to be operating there, they have no base of operations because they aren’t supposed to be there.

Oh right, Trump is ordering them to harass, intimidate, and terrorize civilians in blue areas. He’s using the federal government as a weapon against American citizens. And his bootlicking supporters love it.

1. Border Patrol is restricted to 100 miles from the border. LA is 159 miles away
2. Border Patrol is required to wear a uniform and it has to say Border Patrol.
3. One of those agents has a visible tattoo and they have a policy of no visible tattoos.
4. BP has to wear a green border patrol baseball cap.

None of them fit BP standards. So either these are imposters or they are ICE, ERO, HSI …so, which is it?
Btw, CBP, ICE, ERO, HSI all are agencies under DHS and they work together

Excellent observations to bring to the discussion, but wouldn't it be more helpful to ask those folks that published that article what is going on? I could, but as soon as their tech admin sees my Japanese IP address they'll put me on a back burner and it'll be days before they answer; if they answer at all.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents attempted to access Dodger Stadium on Thursday morning but were denied entry by the team.

Good. If they want access to private property they need to get a warrant or buzz off

I am in favor of deporting those that are not in the US legally. There is a legal process, one of them being the need for a warrant to enter private property. This needs to be done by the books,

There is no federal martial law.

No one in the federal government can declare martial law.

There's no law and nothing in the Constitution to enable or authorize a federal martial law.

Governors can do it in their states, but the Potus has no authority to implement martial law.

The franchise owners make the decisions.

The "team" are employees who have their contracts with the franchise to play and so on. So the "team" is not the decision making authority and not the corporate executives who run the stadium and the ball club that includes the team of employed players. While one can see the whole as a "team" the decisions are with the franchise owners.

I apologize if this seems "picky" but it's the franchise that owns the whole kit and kaboodle and that calls all the shots. The "team" are the players paid to play the game and who hit shots into the outfield grandstands.
