If you take New York (it was a random but obvious blue state pick) and cross vaccination rates with counties that went to Trump, the least vaccinated counties went to trump.The company I run mostly has state govt contracts but we just got a federal govt contract. With one of the stipulations being that anyone working on the project has to be fully vaccinated because of the federal mandate. So I think, no big deal. I'm vaccinated, most of my friends and family are conservative and they are vaccinated. Most of my staff are POCs and young liberal nerd types, I bet they are vaccinated. When HR gave me the clearance list almost no one is vaccinated.

Pretty much. I work in IT, so you would think "liberal nerd types". Pretty sure we have a number of conservatives, including my own husband, working that career.
