In Minneapolis, where some 400 businesses were damaged, owners and insurance experts estimate costs of the damage to exceed $500 million, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
George Floyd protests could be most expensive civil disturbance in US history, experts say | Fox News

This is only in Minneapolis following the death of George Floyd. There have been more riots since in other parts of the United States.

How should we stop the riots? Do you recommend a harsher response by law enforcement, social reform and social welfare spending, or a combination of both?
Blacks are not discriminated against any more. They are discriminated in favor of with affirmative action policies. Trillions of dollars have been spent in anti poverty programs designed mainly to help blacks. If black protests are legitimate, what do they still have to protest against?

I'm a big fan of giving the people what they demand. Pull out all the police forces and abandon the rule of law. Id make it 100% clear that any citizen that arms his or her self to defend their lives, their families, and their community are free from prosecution. Oh...and I would make it clear that ALL social spending would be diverted to the cleanup efforts, which would mean an end to the handout checks for a while. The citizens will either rise and and join the violent leftist ****heads or they will defend their communities from the violent leftist ****heads. Either way...

The alternative is for the politicians to have the political will to use the military and police forces to end the rioting and punish the violent leftist ****heads. But that is highly unlikely to ever happen since most of the rat poltiicans have been fanning the flames doing their best to try to bring this all about.

Of course blacks are still discriminated against. Clearly you have been not paying attention.

According to an Economic Policy Institute study, the median white household has 12 times more wealth than the median Black household, and more than 1 in 4 Black households have zero or negative net worth; that’s compared to less than 1 in 10 for white families. As the study succinctly demonstrates, in a country where housing equity makes up about two-thirds of median household wealth, “the racial wealth gap is primarily a housing wealth gap.”

Black lives matter, and Black livelihood also matters. The implicit racism in our housing policies only underscores growing socioeconomic issues and further barriers to achieve economic prosperity. We must illuminate these issues and enact changes now if we’re really serious about leveling the playing field and creating a system of equal access to economic opportunity.

Is it that hard to ask for law enforcement to beat up and kill blacks???

protests, are for those that are unheard. HEAR THEM. They will have no need to protest. HEAR THEM. And engage them. Simple.

Is it that hard to ask people like you to dispense with empty headed rhetoric and lies?

You should examine the actual facts about the police shootings you bleat on about. Until you have done so, there is no value in talking to you.

1. Declare rioters to be terrorists.

2. When rioters act, flood the area with National Guard. (Active duty military, if necessary.)

3. Declare and enforce a curfew in any area in which rioters act.

4. Arrest, charge, try and convict anyone breaking curfew or engaging in riots and terrorism.

Beyond that, fully enforce laws against anyone impeding the lawful right to travel. That means that any "peaceful" protesters who block public sidewalks and roads will be arrested, charged, tried and convicted of breaking the law.

This is the ONLY way to stop the riots. Leniency, accommodation, desire not to escalate...throwing money at them...none of that will stop terrorists and anarchists.

Peaceful protests are a wonderful thing and should be encouraged. Violent rioting and looting are criminal acts perpetrated by opportunistic ****heads.

You should learn and know the difference.

So, in other words, accomodating blacks, by not killing them unarmed, and not profiling them will not stop them protesting to stop killling un armed blacks?

I hear that however, it seems anytime a black person is killed you have people on the "other side" asking what about white lives or white discrimination?

I mean seriously, white people think they are being discriminated against and being disfranchised.

Another problem. We have a megalomaniac for president.

We know that's not happening. Trump loves his supporters who engage in riots and terrorism.

I think you have not been paying attention to statistics like this,

Gould withholds from his readers that The Bell Curve is mainly an empirical work about the causes of social stratification and that it reached its conclusions only after fully analyzing a 12-year longitudinal study of 12,486 youths (3,022 of whom were African American) which showed that most 17-year-olds with high IQs (Blacks as well as Whites) went on to occupational success by their late 20s and early 30s whereas many of those with low IQs (both Black and White) went on to welfare dependency. The average IQ for African Americans was found to be lower than those for Latino, White, Asian, and Jewish Americans (85, 89, 103, 106, and 115, respectively, pp. 273-278). Failure to mention these data fosters the false belief that IQ tests are not predictive and are biased in favor of North Europeans.

Our economy does not discriminate against blacks because they are black. Our economy discriminates against those who lack the ability to learn complex and marketable job skills.

In ALL of these areas where violence is prevalent, there are the same things in place. Violent leftist ****heads supported by idiot leftists and backed by weak or complicit leftist mayors or governors. And thats ironic considering that what the idiot left in this country keeps protesting about clamoring for...change...is CONTROLLED by the rat party that the idiot leftists support. And rather than dealing with the problems and the people RESPONSIBLE for the problems for DECADES, what do the leftists do?

Shriek TTTTTRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMPPPPPP!!!!

Democrats have controlled the mayors office, city council, district attorneys office, police chiefs, budgets, economic planning, education, health care, and housing literally for decades. And not just a few decades. Examine...
Chicago-since 1937.
Minneapolis since 1961.
Baltimore since 1947 (with ONE GOP admin in 1963).
Detroit since 1962.
Atlanta since 1879 (not a typo).
New Orleans since 1872 (again...not a typo).
Portland since 1957 (with a 2 year GOP admin in 79-80).
Seattle since 1969

And on...and on...and on.

But the leftists shriek TTTTTRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMPPPPPP!!!!

and then wonder why their lives suck so bad.

We know that's not happening.

~snipped the lie~

Trump did something similar in Minneapolis. Stopped the riots immediately.

Of course, he was asked to do it...and he did what he was asked to do. But if things get bad enough, he has the executive power to deal with the riots without being asked.

Ive already shown him plenty of data that shows otherwise including discrimination of applicants who have the same qualifications. He thinks the ability to learn complex skills is inheritable which kinda shows he doesnt even understand heritability. Then well go to phrenology which i showed several times is pseudoscience but the obsession with skulls like a 19th century aristocrat is still pervasive. Gould did not withhold anything actually, he addressed the work that Murray did, if Murray did not want people to argue his race/iq thesis, he shouldnt have made the argument.

What posting singular year act scoring doesnt really determine is the why those outcomes happen and smurt cat has failed on all fronts to actually debate the issue with reputable sources. If you engage him long enough, he will just cry persecution like a pansy coward.
