How many of you have had this spam hit you in PRIVATE MESSAGE?

Yeah. The new season just started. I don't really watch it because I think lesbians are more drama than gay men are. That's saying something.

:rofl

I have never really watched a full episode, but I had read or heard the show got a reputation for being fairly graphic.

Speaking of which, what's up with "Tell Me You Love Me?" That show gets away with psuedo pornography but the critics love it because of it's portrayal of real life relationships and sex.

I haven't watched that show at all, actually. It's one of those things I register as "filler" when I am flipping through the channels. Is it actually a good show? What's the premise of it?

Based off of the few shows I have watched, it seems to be about 3 or 4 different couples and their marital or relationship strife.

One couple hasn't been intimate in over a year, yet the husband likes to jerk off in bed.

Another couple is doing okay, but the husband doesn't want kids and the wife is now pregnant.

Some chick is promiscuous and jumps from one guy to the next and has one week relationships. Essentially the 'Sex and the City' chicks would be caricatures of her.

Critics call it groundbreaking, but I don't really see it. Then again it's nothing but drama.

Sounds...interesting. Pretty much a rehash of Sex in the City and that pseudo porn Passion Cove that comes on late at night.

I am looking forward to the new season of the Tudors. I have never seen it before, but it looks interesting. Funny thing about my tv watching now...I watch Showtime series and Fox News and thats about it. I don't even really watch any of the networks anymore.

I have only heard of the Tudors, what is the premise of the show? The only shows on HBO that I consider worth watching are Curb Your Enthusiasm and Real Time. I enjoy watching Maher make a jack *** out of people and himself, and every so often I will agree with him on an issue or two.

You watch Fox News? You better not let that get out with the stigma associated with not only the station but it's viewers as well.

I don't really care about the stigma. I just like the cast at FOX and the integrity they have about reporting the news.

The Tudors is based off the royal tudor family, specifically Henry VIII from what I can tell.

And I love Curb Your Enthusiasm. I swear that guy reminds me of my uncle. Just walking around picking a fight with random people. It's great.

Yeah, stigma be damned I find the actual news reporting not much different, if at all from the other net works. I try to watch a bit of each of the networks as well as throw in some NPR to cover all angles, and then make up my own mind.

The Tudors sounds interesting. I take it it's aired on Showtime?

Curb is damn hilarious and it even beats out Seinfeld in some instances. I love the fact that the most innocuous incidents in the show end up blowing up into a huge issue.

Yeah the Tudors is on Showtime. It's replacing Weeds for the winter...which is also a damned funny show.

What I love about Curb is how it all ties up right at the very end most of the time and usually in some ridiculously funny way. The revolving cast is pretty cool too...you get to see a lot of different faces with each episode. It's funny that I like that show so much but I can't stand Seinfeld.

Damn, I guess I'm not special either. The PM showed TOT and I were the only recipients.

Now this is a fascinating revelation. The PM I received showed TOT and I as the only recipients, also. Could our own TOT be involved in this scandal?

same thing here
maybe he was looking to get a higher ranking on his youtube nose picking incident:lol:

yeah, TOT was the only other receipiet in mine as well.

I wonder if TOT had TOT as the other recipient as well....
Wouldn't that create like a giant vortex of doom?

Actually, it would cause a convergence of both our universe and an alternate universe, where everyone looks and acts like TOT. The ensuing cosmic meltdown could destroy all life as we know it...or transport all of us into this bizarro TOT dimension.

I wonder if the two TOTs could then pick each other's noses.

Too many nostrils to choose from. It would become so confusing they would cancel each other out. And then what would we do, we'd be TOTless!

But we would also be boogerless.

Hmmm...an interesting dilemma. If one had to chose between TOT or a booger, which would would be more difficult to live without?

Never saw weeds either. Is one of the main themes in the show about our organic green friend?

It's rare I don't laugh my *** off at Curb. The one episode with the 'No Fly Zone' underwear was comedic gold. Through the fence, or over the fence? :2razz:

My favorite Curb episode was the one where Larry made a comment about Wanda's tush and it exploded into him having a "big a$$" fetish. The ending was great with the stoplight picture of his mom bent over the back seat. Classic.

And yeah, weeds is about a single mother who deals pot. It is friggin hilarious.

I messed up the phrase from the Curb episode. It was about a pair of boxers that were made that didn't have a fly, so he had a conversation with his friend if preferred going 'through the gate or over the fence.'

I saw that one, it was great. I especially liked the one where he went to the rest room in a hospital and overheard someone in the stall use the N word, and he becomes so offended he tries to tell his friend what the guy in the stall said right as a black doctor is walking by.

It's worth mentioning that the Katrina family that's staying with him over hears this as well and leaves his house.

 wow .... good drugs - huh? :rofl

........... and from the meltdown came socialism?
