How many of you have had this spam hit you in PRIVATE MESSAGE?

I read the book. It's amazing. Now the spammer and I are like BFF. You all are missing out.

Then what was your point?

I think his point was that even if Santa's bag did have skull and crossbone markings all over it, we should've assumed, just to be positive and glowing human beings, that the bag actually contained teddy bears and candy canes.

We're so...negative!

If not that, then he might have been dissing me for wishing ill will on anyone stupid enough to click on links within spam. But seriously, when did spam first come out anyway? It's not exactly new, and yet I'm still getting Nigerian scam emails, which means enough people out there are so damn stupid that the Nigerians feel it's still profitable enough to keep sending them out!!! There are just things we've come to learn with advent of technology: look both ways before crossing the street. Traffic goes really slow between around 7-10am and 3-6pm. You may not be a winner, I don't care how trustworthy Ed looks. If you bring your cell phone turned on into a restaurant or a theater it'll probably ring and piss everybody off. And if you fall for spam from complete strangers you're going to get scammed, hacked or loaded with viruses. None of this is new.

Damn, I guess I'm not special either. The PM showed TOT and I were the only recipients.

Bu the most important question is being asked here, how is the book? :2razz:

It's a freakin' coloring book!:rofl

If that's true, that's freaking hilarious.

Please, if you decide to use it (the coloring book), don't color outside the lines. I hate it when people do that.

;)

Damn, you guys shattered my hopes of being able to color Sponge Bob or Spider-Man via mouse and MS Paint.

Yeah, that's old school.

No, Peeks and Pokes (Basic language) is old school.;)

I don't think you're much older than I am, but I don't remember those.

I Should have clarified, as my old school comment was referring to the MS Paint. DO they still have that?

I don't know. I think XP had it.

BTW "Peek" and "Poke" are commands in Basic programming languge used for color, graphics, and sound. I did it in high school.

Man, if you remember XP, you must be farting dust. :2razz:

In all seriousness, do you remember that litle program callled LOGO? You had a screen with a triangle called a Turtle and you would input codes and what not, and if you did it correctly it would draw out a picture.

I don't remember LOGO. All I know is that my wife is pissed that our cable service doesn't carry it.

No, that's exactly what mine said.

What I wanna know is, who is that b!tch's husband? Is he really a member or did she make that up too?

I think it was all made up, but it was fairly decent and somewhat convincing ploy at first.
