No, you seem to be mistaken. Most of the resistance group loves violence, death and insurrection. So long as they are the one's who are allowed to do it and only them.

Never. the "insurrection" does not fit the U.S. Constitutional definition of "treason".

Of course both sides have thrown the allegations of "treason" around so freely that it has largely lost all meaning.

I've been condemning violence as a method of debate literally for decades.

This has been an ongoing position of mine since I became an adult. Always have. Always will.

I condemn violence and question the ethics and honesty of those who condemn an act done by those they hate and encourage the same act(s) when done by those they love.

The propagandists who excused the murder and mayhem all summer as "mostly peaceful protests" and now are turned 180 degrees and are a great example of this.

The toadies that fail to notice this duplicitous deception are either moronically stupid or similarly predisposed to bias, prejudice and hate.

i have zero issue putting them in jail....a couple of minor questions and points

1. what charges? who is charging them, and under exactly what criminal codes? not conjecture, not theories, actual provable crimes they have committed

Or as you succinctly put....dont you believe in law and order?

please quote the exact passage(s) you believe where Trump committed treason/insurrection

and then we can show you where experts have said he didnt....

If you or I did what Trump, Jr, Rudy and others did at the Trump organized rally in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021 by organizing said rally and then ginning up the mob that followed their orders to go the Capitol, and then the mob put into violent action the beliefs propagated by the lying rhetoric, and it was all recorded on video, we would already be detained awaiting trial.
Trump et al., organized the rally, and propagated the lies that led to the violence. Otherwise those people wouldn't have been there and did what they did.

They need to, and will, face the law for their actions, just as the Insurrectionists are, or they can be declared above the law.

His lies about a stolen election ginned up the mob. Without Trump and company, his organized rally, the heated, and untrue, rhetoric, those people wouldn't have been in D.C. let alone violently breaking into the Capitol and calling for the deaths of members of congress, and causing the injuries/deaths of police and fellow rioters. They will face the judge for this. It is beyond obvious that they need to be held accountable in a country of laws and the Constitution.
As for hate, you seem to hate, or are suddenly clueless about, the law when it's used against your ilk. Disgusting.

What law is he being charged with? I hear insurrection and treason based on the speech of the 6th?

If that is the case, he broke no laws with that speech.....NONE

Read the speech in its entirety, and show us where he tells the mob to attack the capitol....

Or show us where he tells the mob to go get those MF'ers who stole the election

He bears at least some responsibility. If it wasn't for Trump organizing the rally, lying about the election being stolen and firing the mob up with this rhetoric, those people wouldn't even have been in D.C. There has to be accountability for the outcome and all the arrows are pointing at Trump and his klan.
Another story has popped up tonight about Trump attempting to forcibly overthrow the election results in GA (again!) by abuse of the DOJ. How much more do you need to see to realize the guy is the worst crook to ever occupy the White House. Either way Trump will be fighting for his freedom at quite a few legal venues around the country for the foreseeable future. He belongs in jail for quite a few years.

He lied, he bloviated, he continued with the same discourse he had been spewing for weeks about a rigged election (none of that is against the law)

I just dont see where what he did on the 6th comes to insurrection or treason charges....
