How can anyone defend this election process?

Only when it went against Trump. If it was for Trump or a Republican, poof its magic it never happened. So please understand. If it is in favour of what he wants its fine, the moment it does not go his way, its fraud. You get it. He is serious. Its called a sense of entitlement. No worries man its your fault. Which can only be authorized by the legislature. No one else has the power to change or modify law except the legislature. Not the courts not the election officials or anyone else.
that is why we have laws. The law is clear only ballots received by election day are legal ballots. If your ballot didn't make it there by November 3rd sorry.

I'm not really sure what's particularly interesting about most of the mail in ballots going to Joe Biden. We already knew that mail in ballots would favor Democrats and in person voting would favor Republicans due to the very partisan split between the parties on how they view COVID-19 and mail in voting. Do you also find it interesting that in person voting heavily favored Trump?

If i showed up on Nov 4th to vote they would tell me sorry out of luck.

yet all the ballots received after november 4th got counted.

that is not what the law says.

Are you even going to explain that? How did only 1 side get forced to do anything and change any rules? Do you even understand the laws of the individual states you refer to with such an allegation? What fiction do you refer? Do you even bother to substantiate a thing you say?

The question is when are you gonna do something about it? It's not true, of course, but I know that doesn't matter to you. You can't loot and burn, so what are you gonna do about this disgraceful delusion?

Read your words. Go back and read the damn legislation you refer to. Next can you please put up or shut up. Provide the states and electoral counts where Trump lost the election because of ballots that came in after November 3. Go on. Provide the ballots that were accepted after Nov.3 and prove how they lost Trump the election. You can't because they did not. At this point you can't prove fraud or voter suppression so you throw out yet another false allegation. Is it possible you prove a damn thing you state as a fact?

Do something about what? I was a crown prosecutor for years. I tell you what I said then. You have proof of anything? The law does not work in such a way where you claim something you can't prove and then demand people act on what you can not prove as if its fact. The real world does not work that way. In the real world the fact the vote or anything else does not go your way does not mean a damn thing has to be done other than you getting a grip and dealing with it and moving on. The only disgraceful delusion is you stuck in denial not able to grasp that allegations of fraud have evaporated, the sheer turn out negates any claims of suppression and now your continuing to claim both is a dead horse.

Get back to me with a shred of evidence to back up your accusations. All you do is whine over the results. Get over it. You are not entitled to another four years of Trump. Move on. He will create a t.v. station and you can tune in send him in donations. That is what he is counting on. You are no different than the millions of dupes that pay to preachers on t.v. I don't really know much of anything about PA's state laws so I can't really comment on that. All I can say is that there's absolutely nothing wrong with making it easier for registered voters to cast their vote. Actually, I would consider it unethical for those votes not to be counted given the circumstances. The fact is that more registered voters tried to cast their vote for Biden than for Trump. Whether you believe some of them should or should not be counted doesn't change that. So while I support Trump and his lawyers right to plead their case in court, don't expect sympathy from me if they lose those cases when in a completely fair election, those votes they're trying to overturn would have gone to Biden anyway.

You're making it sound like those people voted after election day. They did in fact vote on November 3rd just like everyone else. Whether or not they voted in person or by mail shouldn't matter. All votes cast on or before election day should be counted. Period.

OH MY GAWD.... this isn't being decided in the courts- the courts are refusing to listen to the tRump crapfest, legal teams are fleeing from tRump.

tRump has much to fear if he loses his Presidential Immunity. But this was decided at the ballot box and all the huffing and puffing delaying tactics are not changing a Biden Landslide.

Nobody can defend the immature behavior of loser tRump... ✌

As one of your fellow Democrats said, as long as the results are known faster than Washington DC could learn vote totals from the West Coast PRIOR to the telegraph, taking this long for final results a great standard practice. Anything slightly better than the technology in 1840 is good enough.

In my opinion, that is not an acceptable standard. It has now been 2 weeks and is not just the national election, but individual Congressional districts, with this then also including many local elections. In my opinion, it is your view that is the "stupid" message.

They usually are, by the system. Because a certain number of the folks who sit outside stores trying to register voters add a few of their own. It's a known problem. I did it once when I was a kid and it was common because we got paid by the registration.

So the registrars are on the lookout for it and the people who blew the lid off of the scandal are the ones whose job it is to catch these when they show up.

That is why it’s a bad idea to send out unsolicited mail-in ballots, not to check the signatures on “absentee” ballots and not to require ID’s for in person voting.

You did not address the post which you quoted. If the (fair and accurate) 2020 election is over then why are some House races not yet decided?
