HHS to stop recommending Covid shots for children, pregnant women, WSJ reports

I will say my daughter was actually advised to forgo the vaccinations as she was trying to get preganant and her physician felt there were too many unknowns regarding fertility. But of course, it was her ultimately her decision to make on what she wanted to put into her body.
I will say you've not answered the question I've posed to you in Post #272:

But your boy trump and his administration have decided it's not a pregnant woman's choice.

Why are they so anti-child, so misogynistic?

Post #276

...It [the new policy] also rolled back eligibility for this fall’s Covid vaccine, saying it should be administered only to people over 65 and those with certain medical conditions....

Dr. Denise Jamieson, who is on the immunization committee of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and an adviser to the C.D.C. on vaccines, noted that pregnant women were at higher risk of hospitalization, including intensive care, and of dying.

Covid infection during pregnancy is also “associated with a number of adverse pregnancy outcomes including pre-eclampsia, preterm birth and stillbirth,” especially among women with severe disease, according to the C.D.C....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
BUT, now, no covid-19 vaccinations for pregnant women.
I ask @TamleeB and others:
Why is this trump administration so anti-women, so anti-children?
The covid vaccination does not prevent individuals from getting covid.
You just got done denying you said this....and now...you repeat it.
This is crazy posting.
Yes the vax does PREVENT, it holds back, deprives the power of, the virus.
I don't do your work. It's up to you to prove that the covid-19 vaccines decreases stem cells in pregnant women and that this has a deleterious effect on them/on their pregancies.
That means YOU read articles from credible sources, YOU copy and paste excerpts YOU believe support the above, and YOU provide links.
Are you kidding me? I posted a link to a study. Read it or not. I dont care, but dont think I will listen to you telling me how to post.
LOL....Again, I don't do your work. Your claim, yours to prove by doing the work.
Back to why the trump administration wants to make pregnant women suffer more than necessary, perhaps endanger their pregnancies, from covid-19 infections: Do you think it's because trump et al are misogynists?
The fact that you have to ask what's bad about less stem cells is crazy.
Study:
Cool. Explain.
Let’s hear your explanation
The COVID shot-injured have long been ignored and gaslit by public health officials and mainstream media because their stories can and do inevitably hurt Big Pharma’s bottom line, but the tides seem to be changing to recognize these individuals.
Well, this administration will take away their health insurance and any food stamps, etc that they have and tell them bootstraps up!
And then they won’t have to stress about any “vaccine injury” that they have.
🤷‍♀️
Either require vaccines to have long term placebo controlled safety studies(like every medication) or remove their liability protection
Long term placebo controlled studies are not ethical generally.
Certainly not when it comes to covid vaccines. That’s why they are not generally done.for any medication.
Just stating facts. Sorry if you struggle with that.
You lied. Got called on it then had to walk your statement back .
Can’t you anti vaxxers try to be honest?
Nope! I never once lied. And I am not an anti vaxxer I believe it is my body, my choice. And everyone else should be able to decide what they want to inject into their bodies. I have absolutely no issue with anyone getting any vaccination they want.
Seatbelts don't prevent car crashes but they do help protect you if you crash.
For some reason, everyone understands this type of conditional protection perfectly well, until we're talking about a vaccine that prevents severe disease.
You are struggling still, overnight, with the fact that you are wrong, the vax does prevent what we spoke of. You still insist on speaking in absolutes, prevention is not an absolute. This is not a discussion of the virus, it is semantics.
Yes you did. We have your posts .
Everyone objective called you out on it.
When you said “ the Covid vaccine doesn’t stop infection” that’s a blatant lie .
It does stop infections . Just not all.
And yes you are an anttivaxxer. Otherwise you wouldn’t be killing NOLA ‘s posts . Nor he yours.
Why won’t you get boosted?
Has a medical provider told you that for you it’s not appropriate?
Or have you simply followed the anti vaxxers line of bs.
Violates HIPAA
Stupid ****ing post.
You don't know what HIPAA actually says, do you?
Stupid ****ing post.
I sure do
Of course, I can read simple English.
Have an adult explain this to you using small words
    • Privacy Rule: Establishes national standards for protecting individually identifiable health information, known as Protected Health Information (PHI).
It's dumb, but people keep saying it.
Yes...
And applied to whom? Do you think HIPAA prevents anyone from sharing any medical information publicly about another person?
Because that would be a really ****ing stupid thing to think... and would be wrong, as well.
Ron Johnson had this bit of bullshit called out 4 years ago, and he is still trying to get mileage out of it even though he knows VAER accepts any report and does not describe correlation:
"CNN fact-checked Johnson last month, when he made similar use of the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System numbers to support his argument that the vaccines might be more dangerous than was being reported. Here’s what we found.
Facts First: Despite admitting that the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System does not show correlation or causation, Johnson’s use of the system to suggest the Covid-19 vaccines are potentially dangerous is misleading and wrong. The system is not an official, vetted report of vaccine-related incidents. Anyone can submit a report and, as the system’s website notes, “VAERS is not designed to determine if a vaccine caused a health problem” and “the reports may contain information that is incomplete, inaccurate, coincidental, or unverifiable.” Instead, the system allows the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the US Food and Drug Administration to monitor for vaccine adverse events and conduct follow-up investigations.
When CNN asked the senator about his claims in May, Johnson’s senior communications adviser Alexa Henning told CNN, “The senator is not suggesting the deaths were directly caused by the Covid-19 vaccine,” adding that Johnson is instead calling for the submissions to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System to be taken “seriously and research what is going on.” Henning also noted Johnson’s support for the development of Covid-19 vaccines under the Trump administration."
You can still get covid despite being fully vaccinated and having all your boosters. It is not semantics, it is a fact.
It’s all good. I stand by the fact that you can still indeed get Covid despite being fully vaccinated and having all your boosters. That is a fact.
Actually, I am not an anitvaxxer. I had the vaccine when it first came out. I did not get the boosters and never will. I believe now as I believed then, it is my body, and should my choice. Period. My decision to not get the boosters are that I did not feel it was necessary, and I still believe that to be true. I had Covid very early on, very early. And despite having none of the boosters have not had Covid again.
As for a “medical provider”, My Doctor never pushed the vaccination on me. Not one time.
My daughter works in the medical field, and has not ever had the vaccine. And remained working throughout.
