Some of my democrat friends are expressing some "buyer's remorse" with their vote for Biden/Harris.
None of your friends regret their vote. I'm sure there are those who would have preferred Bernie or Warren. Maybe some who in a perfect world could have voted for Jo Jorgenson, but literally zero people you know who voted for Biden regret doing it. Zero.

No regret, I wanted the 74 year old who acts and behaves more like a four year old spoiled brat gone. 3rd party, I voted third party in both 2012 and 2016. In 2012 I had lost faith in Obama and didn't trust Romney, although whoever won was okay with me. In 2016, both Trump and Clinton really disgusted me. ...
Agreed. I found the prospect of voting for Clinton or Trump revolting. And, homey here doesn't do things he finds revolting.

The choice was simple ..... Biden/Harris or dictatorship.

I voted for Biden/Harris with no regrets.

If you hated Trump you didn't have much of a choice.
A doddering old Marxist, a Cherokee Princess and old Quid Pro Joe, (Arguably the dumbest criminal on the planet) leading the pack
They all must have been convinced there was enough rigged voting machines, illegal immigrants, and ballot harvesting this time around to ensure victory.

Would you get in a car if Joe Biden was driving. at the wheel? Of course you wouldn't but the democrats want
him to get behind the desk at the oval office and lead this nation.

Gasp!!!
So you're the one who turned Georgia red....or at least purple-ish.
Any thoughts on the January elections?
They're basically 50-50. It all depends on who turns out. You can't turn on TV without seeing a ton of negative personal ads, it's got so bad I don't even turn on TV anymore. The latest figures from 11 Alive news is there will be a billion dollars spent on ads for these two races by the time they're over with. Most of that money from out of state. It's like our two senate seats are up for sale or auction, going to the highest bidder or money spent.

That irks the heck out of me. If I had my way, there'd be a law which simply states if you can't vote for a candidate, you can't donate. All the negative personal ads are sickening. It's got so I don't care who wins, I just want the election over with so I can watch some TV again.

As for favorites, perhaps the democrats are a very slight favorite. 51-49, maybe, perhaps. This election may hinge on whether the Libertarians turn out to vote Republican. They've been the deciding factor in previous runoffs. The Libertarian candidate in the Perdue/Ossoff race received 115,000 votes denying Perdue the required 50% plus one. The other senate race was a jungle primary with around 15 candidates. So who knows? I wonder how many other Georgians are just plain tired of this whole thing.

Hating someone's guts is NOT a good reason to pick a senile old coot, with 50 years in the government, for the leader of the free world. The depth of the character and mindset of leftwingers is lower than whale shit.

Well, if you hate self-serving tyrants, despite his laziness, it is a good reason. Four more years of even a lazy tyrant is going to leave a mark. I have not noticed anything senile about Biden - he does have a stutter, which can make him seem confused, but his debate performance and speeches conveyed a more lucid mind than that of the ranting incumbent that he faced off against. He has character that shows empathy and forgiveness and a real concern for others. How do we see Trump's character? In his effort to tear down our democratic system in order to hang onto power? Hmmmm - no thanks.

Yeah, as a resident in a state holding a critical-- in terms of political power -- you're gonna hear... and hear...and hear....from both sides.
Any restrictions on political donations will probably fail.
Ways will always be found to do end runs around even the most well-intentioned reforms.

The only hint I've ever gleaned is that Hillary is Teflon.

Well, Republicans had a microscope up her butt for an uninterrupted twenty-five years, so we have one of three possible explanations for her being cleared by every Republican-led investigation there's ever been:

A) Republicans are the world's worst investigators.
B) The Occam's Razor explanation, which is that in spite of what you want to believe she's innocent and you've been wrong about her this entire time.
C) The "god of the gaps" explanation, which is that if there is a single point in space and time that you can't account for, that's the place and time she was committing crimes.

Of course, we know that all good Republicans are going to go with C) because that's what will allow them to continue believing she's guilty regardless of all evidence to the contrary.

I call bullshit. There is not a single Democrat on this ****ing planet who would rather see Trump in the White House than Biden/Harris.

The internet's been around for about 27 years, but online right wing arguments haven't changed at all. Two that spring to mind are

1) "I was a left wing wacko before I left the liberal loony party and became the right wing wacko you see now," and
2) "All my gay friends tell me that homosexuality is a deviation and lgbq's shouldn't be allowed to marry." (You can switch out one demographic for another, of course). Right wingers online always just happen to have all these friends with these goofy positions that literally nobody you've met hold, and these positions are hilariously against their own self interests.

Sad but true. It seems every time there is a campaign finance reform or legislation it only makes it worse. Always full of loopholes, intentionally so.

true. instead of all you Rush and Sean consumers spending money on other stuff you're probably feeding the Rush and Sean advertisers (thus making Rush and Sean rich too).

sweet gig by the talkers.
I can't relate to what you're saying. I don't suffer from wealth envy.

they can make as much as they want. i just think it's funny how they do it (use republican emotion to bilk the rubes who make lower incomes).

Trump should be charged with sedition and subversion, and treason ... "Immediately" !!!!

quote
Trump administration and Biden team at odds about presidential transition in the Pentagon
" The Trump administration also has purged numerous officials from nonpartisan Pentagon advisory boards in recent days, installing Trump loyalists in their place.
end quote

We need the type of people now, who created the Constitution... who knew the values of American Democracy and Its Governances, "they have this vile Trump and his menace, murders and mad men who continue to attack and damage and fight against Democracy and launch their attacks upon America... "executed for sedition, subversion and treason"...

They provide a service no different than Maddow or any of the others doing it. They happen to do it better than most.

Is it hilarious that people on the left are conned into believing that Biden and his family are not involved in anything shady with China because the progressive media is telling them not to pay any attention to that?

Or how they are being conned into ignoring all the anomalies that occurred this past election and they should just blindly trust them that the right guy won who coincidently is the guy they happen to of campaghined for.

hey. good argument showing that Trump, Rush and Sean aren't conning the rubes.

Conned is an ambiguous term and I'm not going to bother guessing what criteria your using to define it. You are free to believe they are conning people if you like. Just as I am free to believe people on the left are being conned. We all have our opinions.

Meanwhile, Putin approves of trump’s veto of the NDAA and remaining silent on Russia’s ‘grave’ cyberattack on us.

The following video is a self-described rant by the speaker (Abby Martin) and is full of hyperbolic rhetoric. However at its core it is an accurate explanation of who and why certain persons have been appointed to the Biden cabinet. Caveat Emptor (Buyer beware).

Cheers and be well.

If you gamble you'll see the odds strongly favor the Republicans:
