I am sick and tired of both sides taking a few words out of a long speach to say the person was saying something they where not.The President was right when He said that businessmen did not build the roads and bridges but the conservatives tried to make it sound like He said they did not build their business.This is bunk.

The same is true when Romney said He liked to fire people.This is not what He meant and we all know it.I am a liberal and think the Mittster is open season but this was a cheap shot.

There are a lot of wealthy, successful Americans who agree with me, because they want to give something back. They know they didn’t -look, if you’ve been successful, you didn’t get there on your own. You didn’t get there on your own. I’m always struck by people who think, well, it must be because I was just so smart. There are a lot of smart people out there. It must be because I worked harder than everybody else. Let me tell you something – there are a whole bunch of hardworking people out there.

If you were successful, somebody along the line gave you some help. There was a great teacher somewhere in your life. Somebody helped to create this unbelievable American system that we have that allowed you to thrive. Somebody invested in roads and bridges. If you’ve got a business. you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen. The Internet didn’t get invented on its own. Government research created the Internet so that all the companies could make money off the Internet.

Most of the time I have worked for small companys the owner was a right wing nutjob.The fact that only 35% of small business owners like Obama is due to the fact that they are mosty conservatives.It is like saying gay marriage failed in 30 states.Well there are more conservative states than liberal states but the liberal states are much more populated and that is why 54% of Americans support gay marriage.

I don't think that negative ads make much of a difference to the election. The debates have much more impact on the outcome of the election for those who are still undecided.
