If George Zimmerman had not engaged and instead listened to the police who had already told him not to, the incident wouldn't of happened at all, and everyone would've gone home just fine.Martin, as you know, jumped out of the darkness and jumped on top of Zimmerman.
That is an ambush.
If Martin had gone home, like you suggest, this would never have happened.
And Zimmerman wasn't even previously famous like OJ was. And he didn't have like a massive kill count or anything.I agree. He isn't anywhere near being a lee Harvey Oswald or a James Earl Ray. I think if Zimmerdick had been convicted of murder it might have increased the value of the weapon but the problem is Travon was not really all that important. This was not the killing of someone who actually mattered.

If I was going to pay some big bucks for some killer's memorabilia, I'd rather buy OJ's Glove. One jerk killing another asshole is hardly all that newsworthy and thus the value of the weapon is diminished

Untrue.
What a great refutation. *Applaud*Untrue.
Well I am a pretty silly individual. [emoji12]What a silly response.
Maybe you should have read the warnings before speaking about things you know nothing about.
I do not think there is a better example of being in bad taste.
Don't forget the time he got himself suspended from Twitter after he posted a photo of Trayvon's dead body...
I remember two years back Zimmerman tried to set up a celebrity boxing match with DMX.I can't believe Zimmerman pulls **** like this, then constantly plays victim. I hope people have learned to stop sending him money. :doh

And wouldn't it have been great if Zimmerman could have read his mind.
Please tell me why Martin ambushed and attacked Zimmerman if he was doing nothing wrong.
I wonder what came of that fight? It probably never happened. Zimmerman was just all talk and no game.I remember that too... and all the domestic violence calls to the PD... Zimmerman is a piece of trash.
I would say he definitely has some kind of mental health issue. He needs real help. Feeling sorry for himself, beating his girlfriends, etc. It's amazing his family ran to the media and did everything they could to defend him, but they can't keep his dumbass out of the media and get him some actual help. The entire family looks like trash IMO.
Yes let's do that. But lets get back to the value of the gun.
I am sure that many others share your opinion while I am also sure that many others think differently and are willing to shell out much more than it's value to you.I say its not worth much additional sums
Since such discussion is prohibited in this thread I'll start a new one and quote you so this may be addressed.uh how is that untrue-its my opinion as someone involved in law enforcement for years.
Pointing out that what you said is untrue, is a statement of fact.Well I am pretty silly. How about you Billy? (since edited to; Well I am a pretty silly individual.)What a silly response. What a great refutation. *Applaud*Untrue. (since deleted.)

Any evidence of that happening? After what Zimmerman had to endure, in Florida with a robust "stand your ground" law, it seems just the converse is more likely. No one is compelled to act or intervene, and arguably fewer are doing it.More people going out playing cop and putting themselves in harm's way?
The way I see it, if Charles Manson can sell paintings from prison, I don't see why Zimmerman can't sell his gun. But I wouldn't buy it. I can get the same model of that gun at a much cheaper price than it will sell for on the internet. IMHO, whoever buys the gun will be some dickless wonder who will put it in a trophy case, and tell everybody "Hey look at me, I have the gun that killed Trayvon Martin".well lots of college kids wear Che t-shirts and he was responsible for far more deaths of innocents than that nut case manson. The good news is that Che got what he deserved,
but lots of notorious items are popular. I don't know what happened to the rifle LHO used to shoot President Kennedy, nor the revolver Jack Ruby used to kill LHO or the Derringer JWB killed President Lincoln with but if they were available, you could probably buy a new Mercedes for less than what one of those weapons would fetch
That's the "historical value" of the gun, which ironically wouldn't have happened if the Martin case hadn't become such a cause celeb. The physical gun itself isn't worth much, it's the attached story that makes it more valuable to many people. Personally, I don't attach much added value to it, and almost certainly wouldn't go over $500 for it. Others put a higher value, and I'm sure one of them will eventually get it for several thousand. Unless they try to take it on tour for viewing, I suspect it will most likely sit in a safe, perhaps accruing in value if Martin's family successfully keeps up their dubious crusade. The way I see it, if Charles Manson can sell paintings from prison, I don't see why Zimmerman can't sell his gun.
